MOLYKOTE M 77 Solid Lubricant Paste:
Solid lubricant paste with silicone carrier oil APPLICATIONS
MOLYKOTE M77 Solid Lubricant Paste with Silicone Carrier Oil.
Consists of polyphenyl methylpolyphenyl methyl siloxane (silicone base) oil, lithium stearate, and molybdenum disulphide (MoS2, "moly"), plus a few percent of a secret "vendor proprietary ingredient".
Contains molybdenum disulphide ("Moly") for excellent metal/metal contact lubrication.
Silicone based so it is safe for most plastics and rubbers. Most other Moly lubes are mineral/petroleum oil based and can affect polymers.
Protects against fretting corrosion.

Molykote M77 Applications:Lubricating during running-in of gears, splines, journal bearings, cams; reducing torque in tightening threads and bolts; lubricating bearing shafts, O-rings, packings and seals, brake assemblies; press-fitting.
Molykote M77 is used successfully on metal to metal combinations with frictional and contact surfaces, brake anchor plates, and the brake pistons of disc brakes.
Suitable for lubrication points with low to moderate loads and low speeds which are subjected to water and extreme temperatures.
At temperatures above 230 Degrees Centigrade (446ºF), the carrier volatilizes leaving virtually no residue and the remaining dry sliding film itself takes over the lubrication up to 450 Degrees Centigrade (842ºF).
Suitable for lubricating parts consisting of materials that are not resistant to mineral oils."

MOLYKOTE 1000 Solid lubricant paste Applications:
Molykote 1000 is Suitable for bolted joints that are subjected to high temperatures up to 650 Degrees Centigrade and to corrosive effects, and which, after assembling and the initial operation, have to be re-tightened or disconnected. In order to ensure constant pre-stressing forces, uniform and steady coefficients of friction of the lubricant are necessary.

Molykote 1000 is used successfully for cylinder head bolts, nozzle head screws of plastic injection moulding machines, bolted joints in the chemical industry, and also for the tension rings of centrifuges.

MOLYKOTE 41 Extreme High Temperature Bearing Grease

Extreme High Temperature Bearing Grease Black is a thickened silicone oil that is used for lubricating plastics, rubber, and anti-friction bearings. It is recommended for oven conveyor bearings, governor linkage for steam turbines, wheel bearings for oven carts, ball and socket connections for power insulators. It provides good shear stability, wide service temperature range, inertness, and resistance to corrosion, moisture, and oxidation.

How to Use :
Sliding surfaces should be cleaned. The paste should then be applied with a suitable brush, rag or grease gun. It should not be mixed with greases or oils.

Molykote G N Plus Anti Seize Paste

Solid lubricant paste for the assembly and running-in of metal components.

Applications :

Solid lubricants Description MOLYKOTE® D Paste is an off-white solid-lubricant-based paste with the consistency of an NLGI 2-3 grease, made of a combination of white solid lubricants and mineral oil.

Applications

Sliding surfaces and friction contacts exposed to heavy loads, requiring “clean” lubrication, particularly at low speeds, and as a running-in lubricant. Suitable for use on many friction contacts; electrical and domestic appliances, packaging and office machinery, precision instruments, and machinery in the food and beverage industry, as well as in textile and plastics processing machinery.

How to use

The sliding surfaces or contact points should be cleaned. MOLYKOTE® D Paste should then be applied with a brush, rag, artificial sponge or chamois leather or be sprayed on with a spray can. It should not be used to excess like greases or oils.
