We are the manufactures and suppliers of Orthopaedic/Neuro Implants, Instruments and Equipments in India, have been supplying throughout the country and exporting to far east Asian countries, we have established our factory set up in 2000 under the brand name of JAYON in Palakkad district, kerala state which is the southern part of our country
Our Functional activities and Aim in the Industry
We have got two well equipped manufacturing set up in southern part of our country having the turn over 4 million USD per annum
The machineries installed in our factories are technically most advanced and specially designed to manufacture medical implants. Raw materials using in implant segment, which are stainless steel grade, Titanium and Titanium alloy variants to meet the technical demand and requirements of the implants. We have a crew of workers and staff those who are qualified and highly skilled to actively participate in the production process.
Since our ‘ Team Works’ work with specially designed and globally well known brand of machineries and raw materials we hope to meet the qualify of our implants to the international standards.
Our vision and aim in the industry is to emphasis the biocompatibility of the implants and its raw materials.
