The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) is a best practice IT Service Management framework developed by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) within the UK government. It has been developed in collaboration with leading industry experts, consultants and practitioners over the last 15 years. Since its launch, ITIL® has been widely accepted throughout the world as the de facto standard for best practice in IT Service Management.

This course enables the participants to learn about the best practices for implementing and managing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) as specified in ISO 22301:2010, as well as the best practices for implementing the business continuity processes based on the ISO/PAS 22399. This training is fully compatible with BS 25999 (Business continuity management specification) and ISO 27031 (Guidelines for information and communication technology readiness for business continuity).

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is a service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor,review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design,transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfil agreed service requirements.

Develop the competence to master a model for implementing risk management processes throughout their organization using the ISO 31000 standard as a reference framework. Based on practical exercises, participants acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform an optimal risk assessment and manage risks in time by being familiar with their life cycle. During this training, we will present the ISO 31000 general risk management standard, the process model it recommends, and how companies may use the standard.
