Description:-
- Formulated With Special Acrylic Binders That Protect And Decorate Exterior Walls.
- A water based exterior acrylic emulsion with silicon additives that offers excellent durability and protection against any climatic conditions. Its algal resistance property along with anti-fading and anti-flacking benefits offers beautiful walls for years.
Benefits:-
- Tough and Durable:- Specially formulated paint gives your walls a tough and durable paint film
- Protection against Dirt and Dust:- It has excellent dirt and dust pickup resistance property
- Anti Fading and Flaking:- Special addititives and fine pigments imparts the rich finish with anti-fading and anti-flacking properties
- Algal Resistance:- The formula retards microbial growth on the dried paint film giving superior algal resistance
Surface Preparation:-
- New Surface to be cured 28 days before painting and free from all waterproofing issues
- Prepare the surface by using suitable sand/emery paper or scrapping tools to remove dirt, dust, grease, loose flaking paint, laitance, algae, fungi etc. and wipe it clean
Primer:-
- Apply coat Shalimar Exterior Primer/ Shalimar Exterior acrylic Primer as per recommendation. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs
- Do spot priming before and after filling nail holes/cracks
Putty:-
- Level the surface with Shalimar Magic Acrylic Wall Putty or Shalimar Shakti wall guard putty and allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs
- Sand Surface with 180/320 emery paper and wipe it clean
- Apply an additional coat depending upon the surface conditions and smoothen the surface
Top Coat:-
- Thin Super Shaktiman Exterior Emulsion with potable water 40% to 50% by volume, for dark shade thin with potable water 20-30% by volume
- Apply 2-3 coats of Super Shaktiman Exterior Emulsion with an interval of 4-6 hrs
- Application can be done by brush, roller or spray.
- For dark shades require additional 3rd or 4th coats for better hiding and look appearances
Application Surfaces:-
- All kind of well-prepared exterior plasters, concrete and masonry surfaces
