Dr Munish Shah is a practicing Cosmetic, Plastic and Cosmetic Laser Surgeon in Vadodara since 1992. He has his private practice at KALA Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Centre, Vadodara and is attached to the premier hospitals of Vaodara, as a Consultant Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeon since 1992. Dr Munish Shah has been in the field of plastic surgery since 1988 and is qualified as a M.Ch. (Plastic Surgery) from the University of Mumbai. He received his undergraduate training and degree as well as his M.S. Degree from the M. S. University, Vadodara. During his Plastic Surgery residency, he was based at J. J. Group of Hospitals & Grant Medical College, Bombay. He has done his fellowship in Microsurgery at University of Brescia, Italy in 1991. He then had a fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery in USA in 1995
Dr Munish Shah is a Senior Life Member of APSI since 1992. To be a member of The Association of Plastic Surgeon of India (APSI), a surgeon must complete an approved residency of at least three years after graduating from a medical school. That surgeon must then wait a minimum of three years to complete another three years of residency, before sitting for extensive written and oral exams and qualify from a recognized University. The Association actually reviews all the application before granting membership.
Dr. Munish Shah is also a member of the ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery which is the leading associations in the field of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery.
