Mr. Kamlesh Rathod is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Attended Intensive workshop on IND - AS. He has traveled different parts of the world for the business of clients. He has a vast experience in direct and indirect tax compliance, litigation matters, arbitration proceedings, information system audits of various corporate groups.
He has developed the team of professionals to ensure cost effectiveness, flawless process and compliance with the internal policies and external regulations to the companies.
He is actively associated in various forums such as Jamnagar Branch of ICAI as past chairman & branch has acquired its own building in his tenure as chairman, Jamnagar Factory Owners Association as consultant, Jamnagar Chamber of Commerce & Industry as executive committee member, Rotary Club of Jamnagar as past president and Income Tax Practitioner’s Association as president. At present he is Assistant Govenor in the Rotary District 3060 and Joint Secretary in Jamnagar Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Mrs. Trupti Rathod is known as First Practicing Lady Chartered Accountant from the city of Jamnagar. She has gained vast experience in practice in the field of Audit & Assurance, Project financing, indirect tax advisory services, legal compliance matters of export oriented units. She acts as a process reviewer and adds value to the business processes.

Attended Intensive workshop on IND - AS. Known as team leader is actively leading the Audit & Assurance assignment. He has exposure to work with various business solutions including SAP. Has vast experience in Corporate Internal Audits, Corporate Law Compliance, SEZ Compliance, direct and indirect tax compliance, litigation matters representation before authorities.
