Product DescriptionThe testo 176 T2 temperature data logger is particularly suitable for reliable temperature monitoring on two channels. The temperature logger can accommodate two Pt100 probes of your choice, which you can order from our probes range. It is therefore possible to safely store temperature values from different measuring locations and, if required, compare them on site on the logger display.
You can carry out temperature monitoring over a longer period of time (eliminating the need for the data logger to be read out overly frequently). The testo 176 T2 temperature data logger can store up to 2 million readings. Its battery life of up to 8 years also makes it practical for long-term temperature monitoring.


Technical features and practical benefits

The temperature data logger display offers you an overview of the current readings, limit values set and limit value violations, minimum and maximum values and also the remaining battery life. Thus, there is no need to read the logger separately on your PC in order to quickly check it.

Data security is our top priority- you can be rest assured that the measurement data stored in the temperature data logger will not be lost. Data is not lost, even when the logger''s battery is spent or while you are changing it.

The temperature data logger is suitable for use in the food industry: it is certified to EN 12830 (tested by the ATP test station at TÜV Süd) and is HACCP-compliant. In compliance with protection class IP 65, the temperature logger is protected against water jets and can remain at the measuring location while cleaning is carried out there.

Programming and analysis of the temperature data logger

Programming and reading the data logger, as well as the analysis of measurement data, requires the use of a software package. Three different software versions are available:

- ComSoft Basic software – available as a free download – is ideal for fast programming of the temperature logger and easy data analysis

- ComSoft Professional software – also available – offers various options for carrying out detailed analysis of the temperature values

- ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 software – also available – designed for applications in the pharmaceutical industry with its special requirements according to CFR 21 Part 11

A USB cable is required to program the temperature logger, and this is not included in the delivery. Measurement data can also be transferred to the PC via the USB cable, or optionally also via an SD card. Both are available as optional accessories.

The testo 606-1 moisture meter packed with a variety of quality features: easy to use; precise and absolutely reliable measurements; suitable for measuring moisture content for a wide range of different types of wood and building materials.

The two sensing electrodes are pushed firmly into the wood or building material where they measure the moisture content as a percentage based on the dry mass (dry weight).

The hold function freezes the last measurement while the backlit display ensures that the meter can be used in all lighting conditions. A slip-on protective cap and belt holder ensures the safe storage of the moisture meter and a hand strap helps prevent the meter from accidentally being dropped.

Upto two temperature and/or temperature/humidity probes can be connected to the 4-channel data logger testo 176 H1 and positioned in the room according to the individual requirements. A wide selection of probes is available to you for this purpose.

The lock included in delivery protects your temperature and humidity loggers from unauthorized access.


Security and convenience at all levels

The testo 176 H1 data logger for temperature and humidity guarantees high data security and reliable measurement results on the basis of modern measurement technology.

In addition to the current temperature and humidity values, the data logger testo 176 H1 also shows the dewpoint in the display (when a temperature/humidity probe is connected). You can read programmed limit values, min. and max. values, limit value violations as well as the remaining battery life easily from the large display. It is therefore not necessary to read out the temperature and humidity logger to a PC in order to gain a quick overview.
Thanks to the large memory for 2 million measurement values, and the battery lifetime of up to 8 years, you can read out the data much less often, even at a shorter measurement intervals. The standard battery (AA) can be easily exchanged at any time by the user.


Programming and evaluation of the data logger for temperature and humidity

For the programming and readout of the data logger for temperature and humidity, as well as for the analysis of the measurement data on a PC, three software versions are available.

- ComSoft Basic software – available for free download – allows fast programming of the data logger as well as easy data analysis.

- ComSoft Professional software– optionally available – offers you different possibilities for the detailed analysis of temperature and humidity values

- ComSoftCFR 21 Part 11 software– optionally available – optimum for the special requirements of the pharmaceutical sector according to CFR 21 Part 11

To program the temperature and humidity data logger, you require a USB cable which is not included in delivery. Transfer of the saved measurement data from the data logger to a PC takes place by USB cable or SD card – you can order both as optional accessories along with your testo 176 H1.

Product DescriptionIdeal for professional flue gas analysis and industrial emissions measurement on industrial engines, burners, gas turbines and in thermal processes: the testo 350 flue gas analyzer performs a variety of measuring and analysis tasks, impresses over the long term thanks to its heavy-duty industrial design and is also suitable for complex data acquisition.

The testo 350 flue gas analyzer comprises two units
  • The testo 350 Control Unit (separate product) with a clear graphic display, allows you to control emissions measurement. Operation is really easy: burner, gas turbine, engine and user-defined applications are available for selection in the menu. The Control Unit enables remote control of the analyzer unit even when there is a spatial separation of the flue gas pipe and the setting location – particularly recommended for emissions measurements on large plants.
  • The testo 350 analyzer unit is just what you need for carrying out emissions measurement, because it contains all the sensor technology and electronics. The testo 350 analyzer unit includes an O2 gas sensor as standard, but at least one additional sensor must be connected for commissioning (can be used with a maximum of 6 sensors). When connecting the optional sensors, you can choose between gas sensors for CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S or CxHy.

    The measuring range extension enables unrestricted measurements to be carried out, even when there are high gas concentrations. In order to protect the sensor technology, the measuring range extension (dilution) is automatically activated when there are unexpectedly high gas concentrations. The measuring range of a selected sensor can be extended by a specific factor. The service opening on the underside of the instrument allows fast access to all relevant serviceable and wearing parts, such as pumps and filters, enabling users to clean or replace these. In addition, the testo 350 has numerous instrument diagnosis functions. Instrument notifications are output in cleartext, making them easy to understand. The current status of the flue gas analyzer is constantly displayed.

    Using the testo 350 analyzer unitThe analyzer unit can be operated with the Control Unit and it can also be used in direct combination with a PC/notebook and the easyEmission software (via USB, Bluetooth® 2.0 or CANCase). After programming, the analyzer unit can carry out measurements and save the results autonomously. It is also possible to display or transmit the measurement data from the analyzer unit to the Control Unit or software.

    To send the measurement report straight away, you can also use our free App which turns your Android smartphone or tablet into a display device for the analyzer unit.

Product DescriptionTesto Saveris Base wireless data monitoring system allows you to monitor climate conditions in industrial bakeries, storages & warehouses, blood banks, museums, clinics, laboratories and a wide range of other climate sensitive sites and buildings. Testo Saveris Base temperature recorder is the heart of the system.
It collects measuring data from up to 150 sensors, analyzes the data and triggers an alarm if a threshold has been breached. The unit can also save up to 40,000 measurements per measuring channel independently of any PC. Based on a measuring rate of 15 minutes, this corresponds to a memory volume of one whole year. Or to put it differently- a staggering 18,000,000 measurements.
Safe wireless data monitoring with a reliable alarm
Testo Saveris Base temperature recorderis also equipped with an alarm relay for connecting different types of alarm. When a threshold is breached, a lamp lights up, for example, or an alarm sounds. The built-in emergency battery ensures that measuring data cannot be lost – even in the event of a power cut. The system data and alarms are always clearly visible on Testo Saveris Base’s display.
