Day 01: Bagdogra/New Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling (93 kms in approximately 3 hrs)
On arrival, you will meet a MakeMyTrip representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Darjeeling. On reaching, check-in to your hotel, unpack and relax.
Day 02: Darjeeling
Early morning visit Tiger Hill to see a beautiful sunrise and capture the breth-taking sight of Kangchenjunga and Mount Everest etc. One can see the horizon changing colors just before sunrise and then the entire Himalayan range turns golden. Also visit Ghoom Monastery, the oldest monastery in the area which was built in 1875.Have a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and proceed for city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest. Also visit Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock and Happy Valley Tea Estate (from outside).Retire comfortably for the night at the hotel.
Day 03: Darjeeling to Pelling (75 kms in approximately 3 hrs)
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and drive to Pelling.Located at a distance of 120 kms from Gangtok, Pelling is another serene mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. This village is situated at an altitude of 2000 metres (approx) and boasts of a spectacular view of Mt.Kanchenjunga.Enjoy a comfortable nightstay at your hotel.
Day 04: Pelling
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a city tour visiting Pemayangste Monastery, Rabtense Ruins, Khechipalri Lake, Kanchenjunga Fall and Rambi Falls.Rest comfortably overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: Pelling to Gangtok (127 kms in approximately 5 hrs)
Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and drive to Gangtok. On reaching, check-in to your hotel, unpack and relax.Later proceed for a city tour visiting Rumtek Monastery, Do Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays), Cottage Industry (closed on Sundays) and Flower Show Complex.Spend your night at the hotel comfortably.
Day 06: Gangtok
Enjoy a warm breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a full day excursion to Changu Lake which is 35 kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains. Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the color of the lake’s waters. Also visit Baba Mandir.Rest overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Darjeeling
This morning, get up early to visit Tiger Hill to witness a beautiful sunrise and Himalayan Ranges like Kanchandzonga and Mount Everest. From there, proceed to Ghoom Monastery, which is the area’s oldest Monastery, built in 1875. Day 3: Darjeeling to Gangtok (98 kilometres in approximately 4 hours)
After Breakfast at your hotel, drive to Gangtok. At an altitude of 1750m, Gangtok became the state capital in the mid-19th century and has undergone rapid development since then. The downtown area is dominated by huge government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols. Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a traveller’s delight.In the afternoon, proceed for a sightseeing tour in Gangtok, visit Do Drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays), Cottage Industry (closed on Sundays), Flower Show Complex and Rumtek Monastery.
Day 4: Gangtok
After breakfast at the hotel, go for a full-day excursion to Changu Lake which is 35 km from Gangtok, and at an altitude of 12,400 feet. day 01 : new jalpaiguri - darjeeling
arrive at new jalpaiguri, proceed to darjeeling. En-route visit mirik lake.
day 02 : darjeeling
visit the peace pagoda, japanese temple, ava art gallery and rock garden. Free time for shopping in the evening.
day 03 : darjeeling
early morning visit tiger hill to enjoy sunrise on the kanchanjunga ranges and visit battasey loop. Visit himalayan mountaineering institute (hmi) followed by mountaineering documentary show (subject to operation), zoological park, tea gardens and tensingh rock.
day 04 : darjeeling - kalimpong - gangtok
proceed to gangtok. En-route visit thongsa gompa - the oldest gompa of kalimpong constructed in 1692 by the bhutanese, flower nursery, durpin dara view point and zang dog palri fo-brang monastery. Later enjoy never ending thrills of white water rafting (subject to operation). Arrive at gangtok in the evening.
day 05 : gangtok
proceed for gangtok city tour that includes shanti view point, rumtek monastery. Enjoy the rope way ride and visit flower exhibition show, vidhan sabha from outside, dordul chorten stupa, and tibetology. Later enjoy shopping on the mall road.
day 06 : gangtok - tsomgo lake - gangtok
visit tashi view point, ganesh mandir, hanuman tok. Later proceed to tsomgo lake. En-route visit kyongnoslo waterfall. Also visit the baba harbhajan singh mandir. (in case of tsomgo lake not accessible we will visit the sampdruptse stupa at namachi village - namchi, meaning 'sky high', nestled among the hills at an elevation of 5,500 ft commands panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains and vast stretches of valley). Enjoy local folk dance followed by a get together in the evening.
day 07 : gangtok - departure from new jalpaiguri
proceed to new jalpaiguri station. Board the train for your hometown. Tourends with happy memories.
