I Machine Characteristics

1.The machine adopts Delta brand inverter, speed is adjustable, save electricity. Schneider switch& relay.

2.The cross wires are through 16pcs straightening rollers, the straightening effect is much better.

3.The cross wires are pushed by push rod on the linear slider. The push rod is equipped with sliding ball, speed is higher, working quietly and smoothly.

4.The cross wire cutting adopts pneumatic device, bigger power. We add two steel plate on the connection part, to make the air cylinder working more stable.

5. The motor is brake motor, the machine can stop immediately. The reducer is Guomao brand, the best brand in China, the warranty time can be 3 years.

7. Cross wire tensile strength???300--500N/MM2

8. Mesh roller, easy to install and uninstall.      

9.Sensor device, can stop machine when no cross wire.
