In decorating glass, sandblasting is a wonderfully popular technique which is used to describe the act of propelling very fine bits of material at high-velocity to clean or etch a surface.

Insulating glass is also known as double glazing glass. These are basically a double or triple glass window panes separated by a spacer along the edge and sealed to create a dead air space between the layers. This type of glazing has functions of thermal insulation and noise reduction.

Beveled Glass is usually made by taking thick glass and creating bevel around the entire periphery. Bevels act as prisms in the sunlight creating an interesting color diffraction which both highlights the glass work and provides a spectrum of colors which would ordinarily be absent in clear float glass.

Our mirrors are beveled on one of the best beveling machines with perfect corners meeting at right angles. The beveled line is absolutely straight and there is excellent clarity in the bevel. These mirrors can be made in customized sizes with wide beveling width.

In this technique of decorative glass, glass strips are placed over one another to create a wall of glass. Many designs, patterns and textures can be created with stacked glass. Even objects d'art and glass sculptures are also made using this technique.

Fused Glass is a term used to describe glass that has been fired in a kiln at a range of high temperatures. Fused glass techniques are generally used to create Art glass, glass tiles. This fusion can be between colored glasses as well as clear glasses.
