A. What is POLYTANCRETE NGT- SUNANDA ?
Polytancrete NGT is a polymeric liquid admixture, useful for increasing the strength of concrete or mortar by reducing the water content of the mix. It is also useful for modifying and improving several properties of fresh or hardened concrete.

Uses:

• Use of prescribed quantities of POLYTANCRETE NGT considerably improves several properties of concrete:

In Plastic Concrete:

• Improves Finishability

• Reduces Segregation

In Hardened Concrete:

• Increases all strengths

Instructions for use:

• Calculate the gauging water, by 10% to 25% volume reduction.
• Polytancrete NGT is water soluble and is to be added to the gauging water i.e. water to be mixed in the concrete /mortar.
• Add 150 ml to 400 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement depending upon requirements of slump orworkability of concrete. Use 150 ml per 50 kg bag of cement for waterproof plaster.
• It is desirable to have trial mixes to assess the actual effect of the ingredients under field conditions.

Conformance:

• Confirms to ASTMC – 494 Type F and IS 9103 for chemical admixture.

Storage and Shelf life:

• It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original containers in a cool, dryplace.

Starbond AM LG 20 is an Integral Liquid Waterproofing Admixture for concrete and cement mortar. It has good plasticizing properties, makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation. The product conforms to IS: 2645 -1975 as an ‘Integral waterproofing admixture’. It fills up the capillaries in the concrete giving effective water proofing. It can also be used to accelerate the setting time of freshly mixed concrete.

Dosage:
