A. What is DR. FIXIT POWDER WATERPROOF ?

Dr. Fixit Powder Waterproof is composed of waterproofing additives, dispersed in inert fine filler. It is an integral powder-waterproofing admixture used for waterproofing of concrete and cement plasters, because It makesconcrete cohesive & reduces porosity & improve water tightness.

Method of Application:

Hand Mixing:

• Add Dr. Fixit Powder Waterproof to the dry mix of cement sand and mix evenly with a spade, until an even mix is obtained.
• Add the measured quantity of potable water as per decided W/C ratio and mix to a homogeneous & uniform consistency concrete / mortars.
• Place the mixed concrete / mortar into shuttering, provided
• Cure the concrete / mortar surface as per regular practices of water curing.

Machine Mixing:

• Charge the Cement & sand as per the mix design into concrete mixer & mix for one minute. Add 500 g of Dr. Fixit Powder Waterproof for every 50 kg bag of cement. & mix for one minute.
• Add the measured quantity of potable water as per W/C ratio and mix for 2-3 minutes to a lumps free homogeneous concrete.
• Place the mixed concrete mortar into shuttering provided.
• Cure the concrete / mortar surface as per regular practices of water curing.

Precautions & Limitations:

• Do not add Dr. Fixit Powder Waterproof directly to water.
• Do not add Dr Fixit Powder Waterproof in wet concrete/ mortar.

 

Shelf Life & Storage:

• Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacturing in unopened containers.
• Store at cool & dry place, away from sun heat & fire.

A. What is POWDER PLASTICIZER ADMIXTURE

A highly effective specially formulated water reducing polymer modified multifunction superplasticizer for concrete with controlled extension of workability and setting time. Powder Plasticizer Admixture consist special additives with polymer which impert compatibility of various cement, concrete rheology, corrossion inhibition, substantial reduction of water demand and thereby densifying the concrete to make water impermiable, increasing the concrete strength and preventing the seggregation and pumpable concrete.
