PLUCKING ROLLER ARRANGEMENT

The smallest tuft with a high degree of opening is achieved by the dual directional plucking roller. The tufts thus opened can be efficiently cleaned by removing dirt and microdust extracted to the maximum extent, in the downstream machines of the blowroom.

UNIQUE DESIGN OF PLUCKING TEETH

Plucking teeth are designed to meet required production. Specialized angle of plucking tooth and grill arrangement ensure that plucking is uniformly done throughout the bale lay down.

INVERTER FOR LIFTING & LINEAR MOVEMENT

The movement of the plucking head is done by inver ter controlled geared motors. Guide angles provided on the ground will guide the trolley along the length of the track. The up and down movement of the trolley is controlled through the inver ter and the better sliding surface is made in the tower for the head movement.

SAFETY

Machine is provided with adequate safety flaps in Trolley and Plucking heads. Also emergency switches are provided, which are easily accessible. Optional light barriers, which stop the machine in case of any interference are also available.
