Under these SEZs, hundreds of Multinational Companies and foreign investors have registered themselves and set-up their individual units.Software Technology Parks of India (STPIs) - Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), is a society set up by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India in 1991, with the objective of encouraging, promoting and boosting the Software Exports from India.

Our scope of service with respect to SEZ and STPI falls under the following three categories and services we provide as as under.

 

  • Issuance of Green card.
  • Attestation of list of Capital goods to be imported/purchased duty free.
  • Attestation of ground plans of the S.T.P. premises.
  • Issue of Lease line/Shared internet connection.
  • Execution of various agreements/undertakings at the time of STP registration.

Day-to-Day Compliance & Approvals:

  • Filing and registration of Contracts/ purchase orders.
  • Stamping and certification of various invoices from time to time at the time of import as well as indigenous purchase of capital goods.
  • Completing various formalities for the export of Software-manual or electronic.
  • Filing of Softex Forms.
  • Filing of Monthly Progress Report, Annual Progress Report, Periodical forms, returns and statements with the STP authorities.
  • Reimbursement of Central Sales tax from STP.
  • Advising on the maintenance of various statutory records required under the STP scheme.

Obtaining various approvals from STPI authorities for:

  • The re-export of duty exempted Capital goods.
  • The purchase of excise-duty free local equipment/goods.
  • the import of duty free goods.
  • the import of second-hand Capital goods, import of goods for replacement and import of goods repaired abroad.
  • the enhancement/modification of imported Capital goods limit.
  • the change of name/ location etc. of the unit.
  • the de-bonding of the unit/obsolete equipment.
  • the DTA entitlements of the unit.
  • the Inter-unit transfer and temporary removal of goods for repair/testing.
