The department manages entire range of diseases in Ear Nose Throat as well as Head & Neck regions.  We have all kinds of endoscopes dealing in nasal laryngeal as well as skull base pathologist. All types of surgical procedures on ear are performed in the department.  We have very modern size microscopes which are available for surgical procedures
The range of endoscope consists of flexible as well as rigid endoscope with facilities of video endoscopy.  The department works in very close collaboration with various other department viz., Neuro, Onco and Plastic Surgery.

The department of Neuro and Neuro Spinal has experience surgeons, all having interest in a different branch of the speciality. It is backed by neurology, neuropathology, neuroradiology departments and other ancillary services.
The department is accredited for training residents in Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and conducts regular scientific activities like lectures, seminars, workshops, hands on cadaver workshop and invite guest lectures. The department is actively involved in working closely with the Research department of the hospital and has published several papers.

• Trauma: The department looks after all types of Neuro trauma 24 hours as and when the need arises.
• Cranial surgery: All types of tumors, vascular malformations, intra cranial bleeds and other pathologies like hydrocephalus are dealt with.
• Spinal Surgery: All varieties of spinal surgery including CV Junction surgery and anterior and posterior surgery, functional and reconstructive surgery, spinal cord tumors, congenital anomalies, all types of fusions, minimally invasive and endoscopic spinal surgeries are regularly carried out.
• Vascular: Digital subtraction angiography, treatment of aneurysm, arterio venous malformations, intracranial artery stenosis, carotid stenosis, mechanical thrombectomy etc.

• FETAL ANOMALIES
  Many surgical problems in children are now first detected before birth. The department leads a team comprising of Ultrasonologists, Obstetricians and Paediatric Surgeons to diagnose and manage Antenatally detected Fetal surgical problems with a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach.

• NEONATAL & INFANT SURGERY
  Surgery during the neonatal period requires special skills and understanding of the newborn physiology. The department has successfully handled all types of Neonatal and Infant surgical problems such a trachea-esophageal fistula, diaphragmatic hernia, Laryngotracheoesophageal cleft, intestinal atresias, imperforate anus, biliary atresia, spina bifida, hydrocephalus, PU valves etc.

• PEDIATRIC GASTROINTESTINAL AND HEPATOBILIARY SURGERY
  The division has special interest and expertise in the care of Paediatric gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary surgical problems.  The surgeons of the department have worked in leading Paediatric GI and hepatobiliary centres and have a large personal experience in conditions such as Biliary Atresia etc. Complex GI Procedures such as Gastric Pull ups and surgery for Total colonic aganglionosis have been successfully performed.
