Raw Cotton (Cotton fiber): Procurement of quality raw material is the most important production process. Luckily, our manufacturing units are located in Marathwada & Vidharbh area of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra is the second largest cotton growing state in India. The total cotton production is apx. 80-85 lac bales (apx 1.5 million tons).

We procure fully pressed cotton bales from TMC units with minimum SM-M grade having 29-30 mm length, 3.8-4.0 micronaire, 75+ RD & low trash.
