Many years ago, in Mathura, there was a little boy with a sweet tooth, true to his hometown’s name. His mother prepared the most delicious sweets and snacks & pampered him every day. Soon, he fell in love with her cooking and began spending most of the hours after school watching his mother cook. He was fascinated by the myriad combinations of aromatic ingredients that she used, lovingly prepared with desi ghee.
His mother’s recipes sparked off his imagination and he too started wielding the ladle with enthusiasm. The boy’s mother was very happy and encouraged his passion. He delighted the entire family with his dishes. This hallmarked the beginning of great things.
The boy became a young man, who wished to spread the magic of his homemade recipes to people across India. He decided to travel all the way down South, to begin his culinary journey right from there. Carrying his mother’s choicest recipes and spices with him, he set out to Chennai and established Loiee.
