Eco-drain pipes are not solid wall pipes but have a unique wall structure i.e. with a number of “holes” in the wall thickness in longitudinal direction. As a result, the eco-drain pipes are noticeably lighter and less expensive than any existing PVC pipe of similar stiffness and many times lighter than a concrete pipe, with equivalent load carrying capacity. Because of numerous advantages these pipes are widely accepted and used in several European countries. These pipes are available in 110mm to 315mm sizes and meet the requirements of International Standards, (comply to IS -15328) and have equivalent stiffness and flexibility in combination with a weight reduction from 10% to 35%, depending on size. These pipes are interchangeable with solid wall pipes and are compatible with regular PVC fittings. They are made available in different stiffness classes. In addition to uPVC pipes, PE pipes in 63 to 400 mm as per IS 14333 are also available.

Supreme HDPE pipes are available in 63 to 400 mm in PN 2.5, PN 4, PN6, PN 8, PN 10, PN12.5 and PN 16 pressure class. These pipes are manufactured as per IS 14333:1996 and are available in 6 meter length. The pipes are joined either by click ring type fittings or by butt welding, thus absolutely watertight. These pipes are most advantageous for undulating terrains.
These pipes have been specially designed and manufactured under stringent quality standards. They are tested to withstand system load comprising of pump, water and pipe weight with adequate factor of safety. Due to unique design of square threads, they can withstand considerable shock and jerk load during operation.
Supreme submersible column pipes offer many advantages like-light weight, high tensile load , leak proof joints and long life with economy and hence emerges as the best option for conventional metal pipes. These pipes are provided with square threads with male threads on one end and female threaded socket on another end upto 1½” size and with separate integral female threaded coupler for 2” and above sizes. These pipes are available in 1" to 4" in five different classes for varying needs based on installation depths 100 to 350 mtrs.
These pipes are manufactured as per BIS standard and are available in deep blue color.
One end of the pipe is male threaded where as other end is female threaded socket.
Threads are either V or trapezoid type and protection caps are provided on the threads to protect the threads in transit.
Two types of pipes i.e.
Shallow Well (C.S.) and Medium Well (C.M.) are available. Shallow Well pipes can be used for depths upto 80 meters and Medium Well pipes can be used upto 250 meters.

These pipes are manufactured as per ASTM D 1785 standard and are available in SCH 40,80,and 120 pressure class. These pipes are generally used for plumbing, water supply and jet pumps.
These pipes are not recommended to use with aqua gold fittings. ASTM threaded pipes are 30-40% cheaper to G.I. pipes and offer all the advantages of aqua gold pipes.
The system is UV-stabilized. Dimensions and pressure ratings of these pipes are given in the following table.

Rainbow is a classic 150mm size very large capacity rainwater system, which is suitable for all kinds of buildings.Unlike other systems available in the market Rainbow is not exactly half cut system, but designed to give maximum flow and necessary freeboard. It means there is no possibility of spilling or overflow in spite of high flow carrying capacity. The system is provided with specially designed rubber seal to give totally leak proof joints. Supreme aqua gold plumbing system is the most suitable, easy and economical solution for distribution of potable water. It is technically superior, cost effective and offers many advantages over conventional G.I. piping system. This system is very easy to install and functionally most suitable for all plumbing application like uptake lines, terrace looping and downtake lines in buildings. Apart from more than 40 - 50% cheaper to G.I. piping system, it has many more years of service life.
The rigid PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) compound used in the manufacture of pipes and fittings is Type 1, i.e. Grade 1 PVC 1120 as identified in ASTM D-1784. The compound contains specified amounts of pigment, stabilizers and other additives to facilitate extrusion.
The system is made as per ASTM (American Society for Testing of Materials) standards. The Pipes are made as per ASTM D-1785 and Fittings are made as per ASTM D-2466 (for SCH 40 fittings) and ASTM D 2467 (for SCH 80 fittings). The pipes are plain ended in lengths of 3 meters in SCH 40 and SCH 80 pressure class. The complete fitting range is available in SCH 80, whereas most running fittings are also available in SCH 40. The pipes and fitting are available in 1/2" to 8" sizes.
These economical pipes manufactured as per company standards are available in blue color.
These pipes are suitable for shallow depths where soil formation is favorable.
Use of these pipes for particular application should be examined on case to case basis. One end of pipe is plain end where as other end is socketed for solvent weld joint.
These pipes are made as per IS 15328 standard and are marked with ISI mark. The pipes are available in different stiffness classes as given in the table below. The pipes are plain ended and are available in 3m and 6m lengths. Separate coupler with unique design of click ring and rubber-sealing rings are available up to 250 mm sizes which makes the system absolutely watertight. In case of 315 mm and 400 mm solvent weld type coupler is provided.
Care should be exercised at all the times in handling of pipes to avoid damage to the pipe surface or to the pipe ends, which are prepared for joining. uPVC pipes and fittings should ideally be stored in a well ventilated and shady area. However, when pipes need to be stored in the sun and to protect from UV rays, they should be covered in a way, which leaves the end of pipes open for air to pass through which will avoid heat accumulation.
Elastomeric rings, gaskets and all fittings should always be stored in the shed and the elastomeric rings should be fitted in the socket when the pipe is in the trench and ready for jointing.
Solvent cement and lubricant should always be stored in a cool and dry place. Pipes should always be stored on a reasonable level and flat surface which is free from stones and sharp projection so that the pipe is supported throughout its length. Wooden battens with a minimum width of 75 mm (3 inches) whose centers are one meter apart should be used.
Larger diameter pipes of sufficient wall thickness should be kept at the bottom of stack or in lower bundles. Loose pipes should have side supports, which are not more than 1.5 meter apart. Pipes should not be stacked for more than 2.5 m high and pipes of different sizes should be stacked separately. Stacking of bundles of pipes is possible up to 3 meter height.
A six-month exposure to sunlight may change the colour of uPVC pipes, as colour stabilizers are not used, while manufacturing.
Flat-floored vehicles should be used for transportation. Care should be taken to ensure that the sockets in the bottom layer carry no load. Pipes and components should be unloaded from lorries by hand in order to avoid damage. In no case should pipes overhang the vehicle by more than 0.6 m.
Installation should be according to the relevant codes of practice and to the manufacturer's recommendation.
The design of bedding for pipeline is based on the principles that the ability of pipe to carry load may be increased by provision of suitable bedding. In order to avoid interference with flow, deformation of pipe should be limited to 5% on completion of the back filling.
The trench should not be opened too far in advance of pipe laying and should be backfilled as soon as possible. The width of the trench at the crown of the pipe should be as narrow as practicable but not less than the outside diameter of the pipe plus 300mm to allow proper compaction of the side fills and at a height of 225 mm above the crown of the pipe, the trench may be of any convenient width Depth of the trench plays an important role and depends on the diameter of the pipe and cover required.The minimum depth should be width plus outer diameter of pipe, or 0.75 m above the crown of pipe, whichever is more.The excavated material should be deposited at a sufficient distance away from the edge of the trench to avoid damage to the pipes through falling stones or debris.As with pipes of other materials, it is necessary to ensure with PVC pipes, that sharp edged objects such as large flints do not bear directly upon the pipes, and also that they are not placed in a way where they may come into contact with such tough objects with the passage of time.When pressure pipelines are laid in hot climatic conditions it is advisable to fill the pipe with cold water to bring the pipe lengths to normal contracted dimension, before laying.
Joints of the Indo green pipes and fittings are usually jointed together by poly-fusion welding which is a fundamental property of this system. This process consists of mixing of melted material of external surface of the pipe and internal surface of the fitting, after heating them up to 260°C to 280°C on the small welding machine called poly-fusion device. Properly made welded joint, when cut through, shows no traces of contact surface between two elements i.e. pipe and fitting in the entire volume of joint. Thus fusion process gives homogeneous, integral long lasting leak proof joints.

Besides plumbing, this system can be used for varieties of applications like air distributions, radiator heating etc. The specific chemical structure of Indo green PP-R provides the well balanced mechanical properties and superior long term heat resistance. Supreme Indo green pipes and fittings are manufactured according to EN ISO 15874 standards. Supreme Indo green pipes and fittings are available in the dimensions 16 mm to 160 mm. Pipes are supplied in 3m lengths in PN8, PN10, PN12.5, PN16 and PN20 pressure class, where as molded fittings are available in highest PN20 or PN25 pressure class, 160 mm fittings are available in PN10 and PN16. All the threaded inserts in the transition fittings are in duly nickel plated brass to withstand chemical corrosion at elevated temperatures. Now all Supreme Indo green PP-R pipes are made UV-Stablized with special exterior uv-resistant layer and hence fully stabilized against damaging effect of Sun rays.
Supreme Lifeline CPVC plumbing system manufactured using world's best Japanese material and technology is a safe long lasting and cost effective solution for the hot and cold water.
This system is suitable for all plumbing and potable water application. The pipes and fittings are made of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and it is available in complete range from 1/2" to 2" sizes as per copper tube standards (CTS).The pipes are available in SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 pressure class and fittings are available in SDR 11 pressure class. 3/4" and 1" pipes and most running fittings in SDR 9 i.e. heavy pressure class are also available.
