“LUXURIA” veneer Doors are extensively used in Residential Projects and Commercial Projects. Veneer doors are manufactured from solid block board core constructed with cross band and face veneer on both the sides which are bonded with Urea Formaldehyde synthetic Resin with REBA for Boiling Water Resistant (B.W.R. Grade) & Phenol formaldehyde synthetic Resin for 100% Boiling water Proof (B.W.P. Grade) by hydraulic hot process method under high pressure and uniform temperature which makes our doors structurally strong and dimensionally stable. Then after, decorative recomposed or natural veneer is pressed on flush door which gives aesthetic look and high durability.


THICKNESS : 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm & 55mm in double core or single core construction.

• Store at cool & dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight & water on stacking because it may cause warping
• Use correct level support at ground for stacking
• Cover the stack with plastic to shield the doors from wetness, cement, sand and dirt particles which can cause scratches / harm.
• Do not place / store any significant material on the doors because it could cause damage on doors.
• Select correct hinges as per size thickness.
• Laminate / veneer should be apply on both side of the doors. One side application cause imbalance within the structure of the doors.
• Avoid long-standing storage at site, plan delivery schedules as per demand.
• It is recommended to mend screws & hardware by initial drilling and than fastning by screw driver, using hammer could injury door.
• Lipping (biding patti) is recommended, because it strengthens door and will increase it’s life.
• Order as per need size, as cutting size weakens the door, if unavoidable it's recommended to chop a most 10mm from every size equally.
