Our engineers will do a detailed survey of the existing features in the site viz site boundaries and comparing them with the revenue drawings and assessing the discrepancies-old buildings, condition of the buildings and rehabilitation of them with respect to the heritage point of view-soil testing and planning the foundations.

Concept planning of the building proposed wrt its functions etc and group discussions with various members involved in the project to finalise the plan.

The preliminary plans will be given shape in the shape of plan ,elevations, sections according to the local body& authority regulations. Any deviation from the DCR will affect the client in the long run as witnessed in recent days.

Liaison with local bodies for approval - The approval plans have to be followed up with the Local body &authority with joint inspection with the authority planners and get them approved.

Architectural Drawings for execution - In consultation with the people involved in the project detailed architectural drawings are prepared within the ambit of the approved plans .Any revisions other than the approved plans will require approval from the authority.

Structural analysis, design and detailing of concrete and steel structures (Our speciality) - Based on the soil test results and architectural drawings detailed structural analysis, design and detailing will be done and will be issued for construction.

Preparation of Accurate BOQS for tenders using REVIT and bid documents and settling tenders(Our speciality) - Once the approval plans are received or anticipating final approval the BOQS are prepared and tenders are called for from preselected contractors based on their experience and capacity and bid documents are issued to them and a pre bid meeting conducted to clear doubts and bids are received on a predefined date and opened .After negotiation the tenders are settled and agreement signed. The payment terms are finalized and work order will be issued by the client.

Project management and liaison with civil contractors, HVAC, Electrical contractors and delivery of the buildings to schedule - Our field engineers will be continuously supervising the work and checking the accuracy of the work, helping in preparation of bills as well as working drawings and liaising with the civil contractors, HVAC, Electrical Fire, Plumbing contractors and delivery of the buildings to schedule.

The whole job ( Items 1 to 8 )can also be taken as a package also.

Arbitration - Arbitration is a proceeding in which a dispute is resolved by an impartial adjudicator whose decision the parties to the dispute have agreed, or legislation has decreed, will be final and binding. There are limited rights of review and appeal of arbitration awards. Arbitration is not the same as:

•     judicial proceedings, although in some jurisdictions, court proceedings are sometimes referred as arbitrations
•     alternative dispute resolution (or ADR)
•     expert determination
•     mediation
