Imbibition water control system is used to measure following:
- The rate of flow of imbibition water on mills
- Measurement of load /crushing on mills by sensing & calibrating, chest pressure on mill
- Above two signals are give as an input to micro processor based PID controller.
- This controls the pneumatic water valve or frequency drive of imbibition water
