Infrastructure Facilities

Each facet of Madhav Ago Foods has been inspired by the humble yet highly resourceful and respected man at the helm of the company's operations. Chandresh Shah, who is the Promoter and Managing Director of Madhav Agro Foods, completed his graduation in Food Science from Nottingham University and pursued Post Graduation in Marketing from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK.

He has spent considerable time and efforts on devising food safety and quality implementation measures. He is an active academician too and is associated with many agricultural and food processing universities to spread awareness about global food quality standards and norms. Moreover, he also serves as an executive committee member of All India Food Procresors' Association (AIFPA- Baroda Chapter), EXIM Club and CII (Confederation of Indian Industries). His enriching qualification and enviable knowledge in the field of Codex and WTO makes him a leading expert in the field.

Infrastructural Set-Up

The company''s production infrastructure, along with its supplementary services are situated on a large plot which is spread across 60,000 sq ft, engulfed in the green belt of Padra (District Vadodara), the location offers the benefits of unpolluted environment and easy access to fresh fruits & vegetables, spices and oil.

The premise houses the production facility which is 12,000 sq ft of R.C.C. Construction. The company''s godowns are of almost the same size and about 3.000 sq ft is dedicatedly carved out for office and laboratory. The facility has access to uninterrupted power and water supply.

To ensure that all the products offer the highest quality pedestal, the company spends uncompromised time and efforts to see to it that the infrastructure and the associated processes are at par with (if not better than) the international norms. Only the most modern and sophisticated machines are utilized for the manufacturing process and they are made to undergo regular maintenance.

Alongside, the packaging facilities are cutting edge too. Making use of the latest technologies and methods, all the products are packaged with care in hygienic and compatible packing materials. Therefore, over when they are taken through rigorous quality check, they come out triumphant. This is how they retain that ultimate aroma and taste that the customers have acknowledged all the way through.

Performing an indispensable role on the backend of the manufacturing process is the management team. It comprises of experienced and qualified personnel who are assigned different roles and am motivated to display undeterred performance in the same. The team has various people from various academic backgrounds commerce, food & nutrition , biotechnology , food technology , chemistry, etc.

  • Office and Laboratory: 3000 sq. ft
  • Internal roads, proper drainage facility & gradients
  • Compound walls with brick masonry
  • Convenient access to 20’ & 40’ containers
  • Uninterrupted industrial power connection with stand by generator
  • Own bore well for water source
  • Adequate process machines for mixing, grinding, lifting, filling, conveyors, metal detection, batch coders, shrink packing, box taping & strapping are installed
  • All utensils and contact parts in machinery are made of stainless steel
  • Adequate laboratory and process control test of equipments and instruments
  • Microbiological testing and monitoring is outsourced
  • Closed circuit cameras for security & process monitoring
  • Trained & experienced food technologists and supervisors on board
  • A check is kept on Housekeeping, Hygiene and Process Control
  • Incoming raw materials, Packing materials and finished goods undergo quality check
  • Vendor Evaluation, along with selection and grading of best ingredients
  • Single shift capacity to produce up to 3000 kg. of pickles
  • All raw materials & ingredients are vegetarian and all lubricants are food grade
  • Allergens are well defined and are declared on Labels

Our Infrastructure

In order to accomplish smooth and swift production of offered pickles, we have developed a progressive infrastructure facility, sprawl across a wide area. To make sure systematic implementation of all our business process, we have divided our infrastructure facility into diverse units like manufacturing, quality testing, warehousing, packaging, etc. This facility is well-equipped with modern machines and modern technologies, which enable us to meet the requirements of patrons within determined time frame.
