Foundation stone laid on 04/ 05/ 1992. Bhoomi pooja was performed by Late Smt & Sri Kode Radhakrishnaiah, H. No. D-68, the then Vice President and was inaugurated on 10/ 06/ 1993 by Late Sri M. Narasimha Reddy, the then Hon. Minister for Municipal Admn, Govt. of AP and Late Sri P. Janardhana Reddy, the then Hon. Minister for Labour & House, Govt of AP Sri Sagi Prasada Raju, Chairman, S. R. K. Raju Community Hall, Sri Vallurupalli Nageswara Rao, the then Chairman, S. R. K. Raju Memorial Trust and late Sri A. Rama Raju, Member of the Trust had participated in the programme.

Community Hall has been developed into a Function Hall on the first floor and dining in the ground floor initially. Later 2 A/C rooms, 1 A/C Mini Hall, 5 Guest Rooms and 1 mini hall have been added for accommodating 400 members in the function hall and 100 members in the mini halls and rooms.

To meet the present days requirements by spending an amount of Rs 28 lakhs/-. The hall was air-conditioned with cassette AC and soundproof 125 KV new Generator . The existing ceiling was replaced by zipsum and armstrong false ceiling and the hall was fitted with modern lighting and electrical wiring for better safety. The walls were wooden panelled with soundproof materials for better audio. The iron windows were removed and UPVC windows (Nagarjuna Group) were fixed in the A/C hall and dinning hall. The flooring was replaced with vitrified glazed tiles of NITCO company. The main door was replaced with wooden frame with glass. The name board of the hall was also changed as Sri Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju A/C Community Hall. Recently in the A/C hall the old chairs were replaced with Quechan chairs by spending nearly Rs. 5.00 lakhs.

Foundation stone was laid on 31/08/1996 and Bhoomi Pooja was performed by Donor Smt& Sri D. L. N. Raju, D-50 and was inaugurated on 01/02/1999 by H. E. the then Governor of Andhra Pradesh Dr. C. Rangarajan. Late Sri P. Janardhana Reddy, the then MLA & CLP Leader, Sri Mir Hyder Ali Khan, Chairman, Sports Authority of AP Donors Sri Sagi Prasada Raju, Sri D. L. N. Raju and Sri K. S. N. Murthy had participated.

Services Provided - Developed 2 Shuttle Badminton Courts with wooden flooring, 2 Gym Rooms for Ladies & Gents separately and Table Tennis.
