Joined Maharaja Agrasen Hospital in 1993 and has rich clinical as well as administrative experience of about 20 years. Throughout his career he had been a Meritorious candidate and awarded National Scholarship during Matriculation. He was also awarded by the Vice Chancellor for merit in the University Pre-medical Examination. He did his elementary education from SM Hindu High School & Hindu college, Sonepat and then MBBS & MD (Medicine) from PGIMS Rohtak. After joining MAH, he took keen interest in administration and passed DHA (Diploma in Hospital Administration) and then MBA (Master of Business Administration) from FMS, Uni.of Delhi. He had also qualified QCI certified NABH Assessor course and Six Sigma Green Belt Course.

He always takes keen interest in organizing various academic activities like CMEs, Seminars and Workshops etc . He has been actively involved in getting DNB in Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics,Obst. & Gynae & Family Medicine. He has also been instrumental in starting inhouse training programs like Critical Care Fellowship and Paramedical Technician Training Courses. With his constant efforts, new projects like Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Blood Bank, IVF centre etc. were added from time to time.He has also encouraged promotional activities to empanel various Corporates and Insurance co. including TPAs. He has contributed a lot in implementing HMIS in the Hospital. The Trust had fecilitated him with a award "Certificate of Merit" on the completion of two Decades of successful running of this Hospital.
