· A well-defined set of processes to handle Employee Management, Employee Transfers, Employee Promotion, Employee Up-gradation, Monthly/Mid-monthly Increment, Arrear calculation monthly & mid-monthly, Comitt HRMS process, Tax Process and Employee’s Full & Final Settlement.
· The Comitt HRMS should be a multi-company, multi-location software with a centralized database server.
· The Comitt HRMS should capability of better evaluation, timely corrective action and having improved capabilities
· There should be an audit log system to track down the changes done.
