·         Employee Leave register – is available which helps manage the number of days an employee has not come in and process salary accordingly.

·         Statutory Reports available - Income Tax deduction, Tax Estimation Slip for Income Tax calculation, Form 16, Form 24. Provident Fund monthly deduction, Form 3A, Form 12A. PF monthly Challans. Monthly ESIC deduction/returns statement. Form 6A, ESIC Monthly Challans. Profession Tax Monthly deduction and slab wise (Form 6A) Summary report

·         MIS with report designer - Annual Salary Slip, User defined bank statements, Standard & user defined Periodical Reports, Columnar periodical reports and Direct Excel periodical reports with Month and Pay-Head wise heading. Facility to design unlimited number of own reports, in addition to the standard reports. Design reports using drag and drop features or even Cut, Copy and Paste content

·         Security Shell - A complete user management to manage User creation, Group Rights Creation, assigning/dropping Access Rights etc. Security module to control access rights.

·         Data Import - User friendly Data Imports option to upload data from text (.csv files) with view log for data read, imported, rejected and skipped with row by row explanation. Skipped & Rejected data can be saved into a new file corrected and re-imported.

·         Re-activate separated employees - Facility to revoke/transfer Ex-Employee (Resigned Employees) with single/multiple employee(s) option.

·         The Payroll  product will have all the Payroll functionality and it will be a thin-client browser based solution. The payroll product will be a ‘Saasified’ product and enabled to be used by multiple clients as a Hosted solution.
