About Us

MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited was incorporated with a view to provide specialized Capital Market related services. Initially MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited commenced business with PAN India presence by providing RTA services to Companies, which were not in a position to have their own Secretarial cum Share Department. Over the years MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited expanded its business by securing contracts from large Corporate and Mutual Funds. MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited is headquartered in Kolkata and has number of branch offices including; New Delhi, Mumbai, Baroda and Ahmedabad who help service together a pan India network of over 300+ Clients and circa 8 million shareholders. Mr. Subhabrata Biswas
He is a Executive Director and Commerce Graduate with NISM and having 28 years of experience in the field of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. He is looking after the day to day activity of the Company. During tenure of his service he has experience for handling Share Transfer Activities

Mr. Abhisekh Chitlangia
He is a Commerce Graduate and having 25 years of experience in data processing, Business Process Outsourcing and other allied activities. He is an Independent Director

Ajay Dalal is an Graduate, possesses rich and varied experience in the HR and Administrative function. He has been heading the HR & Administrative function for the last 20 years. During their start up phase and successfully set up their HR & Administrative policies, processes and philosophy while building the manpower base including the leadership team. At MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, he is heading HR function and is responsible for bringing in the industry best practices and new HR initiatives.

Indranil Bhattacharjee
Indranil Bhattacharjee is a B.Sc, PGD in Computer Application, joined MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd. as System Analyst possesses a rich and varied experience of over 10 years in Software Development, Project Management, Product Development, and Business Intelligence. He has played key roles in architecting and implementing large data warehouse and business intelligence solutions for major clients in ERP and RTA & Software maintenance domain. In addition to this, he had earlier led large teams in successful delivery of IT solutions in the RTA sectors.

Suman Kumar Singh
Suman Kumar Singh is a M.Sc, brings over 25 years of experience in RTA Industry, where he has handled the Techno Functional & Functional operations of RTA activities. He joins us from CIL where he was working as a Senior Programmer. Now working with us a AGM System Operations. He has got a vast and vivid experience of RTA Industries and day to operational activities.

Narender Singh Negi
Narender Singh Negi is a Graduate and has over 23 years of experience in Registrar & Transfer Agency Operations, Investor Services, Client Management and NFO Management. He is handling IPO processing, Transfer Agency Operations, Mutual Fund Registry Operations, Client Relations and various other projects like Dividend Processing etc., in different capacities, and he is heading Distributor Support Services and Communication Services Operations.
