Mounjaro 5mg Solution for Injection is administered once weekly subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. To maximize its benefits, maintain a consistent injection schedule and complement treatment with a healthy diet and regular exercise. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully, including any dose adjustments, and store the medication properly in the refrigerator.

Common side effects of Mounjaro 5mg Solution for Injection include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, and dyspepsia (indigestion). These symptoms are typically mild and improve over time. If they become severe or persistent, consult a doctor. They can help by adjusting the dose or suggesting ways to prevent them. Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated may also help reduce discomfort from gastrointestinal symptoms.

Mounjaro 5mg Solution for Injection should not be used by individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2). Pregnant individuals or those planning to become pregnant should avoid this medicine as it may cause harmful effects on the developing baby. Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor about all the other medicines you are taking to avoid interaction.

Minirin Tablets are used to treat primary nocturnal enuresis (bed wetting) in adults and children over 6 years of age whose ability to concentrate urine is normal. Minirin Tablets should only be used to treat bed wetting if management with a bed wetting alarm fails or when a bed wetting alarm is contraindicated or inappropriate.

Minirin Tablets may also be used to treat cranial diabetes insipidus, a type of pituitary disorder characterised by the production of large amounts of urine and constant thirst.

CIZUMAB 400 contains Bevacizumab which belongs to a group of medicines called antiangiogenic agents. It is indicated to treat metastatic colorectal cancer, first-line non-squamous non small cell lung cancer, recurrent glioblastoma (GBM), metastatic renal cell carcinoma, persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer, epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma.                       

Bevacizumab is a humanized monoclonal IgG1 antibody which contains human framework regions and murine complementarity determining regions. This binds VEGF and prevents the interaction of VEGF to its receptors (Flt-1 and KDR) on the surface of endothelial cells. This interaction of VEGF with its receptors leads to endothelial cell proliferation and new blood vessel formation in invitro models of angiogenesis. Bevacizumab reduces microvascular growth and inhibition of metastatic disease progression.              

Before receiving this CIZUMAB 400, tell your physician if you have liver, kidney or heart problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding. This medicine is not suitable for use in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. The common side effects are nose or rectal bleeding, headache, back pain or increased blood pressure.      

Bevacizumab belongs to antiangiogenic agents which works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumors and slows the growth and spread of tumors.
