Medicept Dental's range of aesthetic glass ionomer restoratives are renowned for their high quality and excellent physical properties - The latest humid stable version is no exception. This latest material uses proven technology combined with the latest processing techniques and the highest quality raw materials to produce a material more suited to use in hot and humid climates.

The latest addition Medicept Dental's range of cements has been optimized for use in hot and humid climates. The glass component is finely ground and sieved to produce an average particle size of less than 5 microns (<5µm) - this ensures a very low film thickness and excellent results in a host of procedures where cementation is required, especially for seating crowns and bridges.

Although first introduced in the 1890's zinc phosphate cements still play an important role in modern dentistry - Medicept Dental's zinc cement is no exception combining tried and tested technology with modern processing techniques to produce a dependable and durable cement.

This cement builds on the proven performance of zinc polycarboxylate cements. In addition to the excellent biocompatibility inherent in such cements it has enhanced mechanical strength and erosion resistance due the addition of sodium fluoride.

Medicept Dental’s silver reinforced glass ionomer improves upon the already strong aesthetic material and adds a silver tin alloy to better both strength and wear properties. The addition of this alloy also imparts an optimal level of radiopacity ensuring the material appears on future patient x-rays.

This cement may be used for: Cementation of crowns, bridges, splints, retention of temporary crowns, sealing dressing in teeth during root canal therapy procedures, trial cementation of permanent restoration prior to final insertion, and testing of Interproximal contact prior to final placement. Insoluble in mouth fluids and retains a tight marginal seal to prevent seepage of these fluids under the restoration. The cement will withstand functional stresses and permit ease of removal. In addition it has sufficient flow to facilitate complete seating of the restoration. The product in intended for use less than 30 days.

Flow Plus Flowable Light Cure Composite Material is a highly polishable, 67% filled, esthetic composite used for all types of cavity preparation. The Composite has a nominal particle size of 0.7 micron. An ideal choice for both anterior and posterior applications as well as use as a pit and fissure sealant. Easy to polish to a high luster. Flow Plus composite has high compressive strength as well as low shrinkage and resists wear and staining. Radiopaque for easy identification in radiographs.

Chemical Cure Composite Restorative Material is a highly filled, non sticky, self curing, hybrid, anterior/posterior composite filling material. It is a convenient universal shade, paste/paste system. The restorative has high strength (213 Mpa compressive) with low water sorption and solubility.

Light activated Nano-Hybrid composite resin suitable for all restorative classes. Available in 16 VITA shades.

A ready to use temporary filling material with a synthetic resin base and plaster filler. Provides an impermeable seal. Available in standard and high viscosity consistency. Features a two stage setting mechanism to provide a rapid initial set followed by hardening of the plaster filler.

A 5th generation, single component, multi-use adhesive, which is hydrophilic and suitable for use on moist dentin (wet bonding technique). The adhesive incorporates aspects of primer and bonding resin in a single bottle designed to bond composites and compomers to dentin and enamel as well as treated amalgam, metal and ceramic surfaces. After, etching, penetration and saturation of the denting and enamel are accomplished in 2 to 3 coats.
