Plywood Packing's Composition

 

Plywood is mainly composed of core veneers. These veneers are stick together with MR quality supeiror glue in perpendicular arranagments. The core wood species used are of Poplar, Eucalyptus, Acacia, Styrax and other mixed hardwood. The selection of veneer depends on end use and strength of the resultant product required. Red face/back of Okoume and Bintangore is used. However, nowdays one red face and one white face is in huge demand. The white face is usually of Styrax. The natural white face is very suitable for product and specifications markings. At the same time, red face on the other side can be used interchangebly either inside of box or showing outside as desired by customers!
