Nerolac Wonderwood Melamine Wood Coatings is a Premium two component acid catalysed wood coating. It is specially formulated to protect the wooden furnitures againts the Oil Stains, protection againist household chemicals. It imparts high performance, long lasting interior finiesh. The product is based on 100% xxx resin and hence it forms a tough protective film, with an excellent bonding to the substrate, which prevents peeling off for years.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Recommended for interior on wooden furnitures made of hard/ solid wood, Veneers and Medium Density Fiber board. where high standard of surface protection is expected. SURFACE PREPARATION • Sand the wooden surface along the grains Patten with 180 and 320 Emery Paper. • Clean the surface with cloth. • Apply 1st coat of Melamine Sealer. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. • Sand the coated surface along the grains Patten with 320 Emery Paper. • Apply 2nd coat of Melamine Sealer. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. • Sand the coated surface along the grains Patten with 320 or 400 Emery Paper. • Apply 1st coat of Melamine Top Coat. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. • Sand the coated surface along the grains Patten with 320 or 400 Emery Paper. • Apply 2nd coat of Melamine Top Coat. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. • Coated surfaces must be allowed to dry completely before use. Application pictorial is as follows. Surface Prepration
Select suitable wood or if previously coated, then remove the coating by scraping or sanding.
Apply first coat of Nerolac NC Wood Sealer. Allow it to dry for 2-3 hrs.
Sand the surface again with 180 emery paper, apply second coat of Nerolac NC Wood Sealer.
Sand the surface with emery paper no.180.
Allow to dry for 2-3 hrs and sand with emery paper no. 180 followed by 320 emery paper.
6 Wipe off the dust and dirt.
TECHNICAL DATA
APPLICATION CONDITION Temperature between 20°C to 30°C and relative humidity below 75%.
RE COATING TIME
16 hrs. minimum time interval between each coat.
