SURFACE PREPARATION
1. All plastered surfaces should be dry and free from all loose or poorly adhering material like grease, wax etc and it should be non-chalking
2. In case of previously painted area, sand the surface with emery Paper No 180 to make it rough, wipe clean after sanding
3. Apply 2-3 coats of Nerolac Ready Mix Primer Putty with the help of Putty applicator as per requirement with a gap of 4-6 hrs in between the coats. If required 2-5% water can be added for ease of application
4. Sand the surface with emery paper No. 180 or 320 to make it smooth and wipe it clean with a cloth
5.  If desired Nerolac Ready Primer Putty mix can be used as primer by diluting with water by 60-70% by weight
7 Apply 2-3 coats of Top coats as desired.
6. In case of bare new letter aller the plastered surface to If the plaster is old wet the Before applying Nerolac Ready Mix

Nerolac Wall Putty is specially made by using an ideal combination of White Pigments, Extenders, Acrylic Emulsion Medium and Additives.

For filling of dents and imperfections and levelling on primed wall, wooden and metallic surfaces prior to application of subsequent coats. It is used for Interior application only.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease, wax etc. Remove all loose or poorly adhering materials by rubbing down using emery paper 180 and thereafter wipe off. Treat fungus affected area using Nerolac Fungicidal Solution. Allow to react for 6 - 6 hrs. Apply a coat of suitable Primer followed by Nerolac Wall Putty to level the dents and make the surface uniform. Apply again a coat of suitable Primer followed by sanding with emery paper 320, before applying subsequent top coats.
Sand the surface with Emery Paper and wipe clean before application of subsequent coats.
Nerolac Cement Primer (Water Thinnable/Solvent Thinnable) or Goody Universal Primer (Solvent Thinnable)
or Goody Water Thinnable Cement Primer.
Minimum 8 Hrs for Solvent Thinnable Primer & Minimum 4-6 Hrs for Water Thinnable Primer. #Please look for the individual finishing system given in respective Product Data Sheet.
PRECAUTIONS
01) Refer MSDS for "Nerolac Wall Putty" for safety measures & precautions.
02) Store in well ambient conditions, ventilated locations & away from sources of ignition and fire.
03) Keep away from children.
04) In case of eye / skin contact, wash with plenty of water.
05) Inhalation / Injection is dangerous. In either case, move to fresh air & consult a medical practitioner.
06) Do not apply when ambient temperature might drop to a level below 10°C within 4 hrs of application.
07) New plaster should be allowed to cure for minimum 12 weeks.
08) Do not thin.
09) Stir well paint before application.
10) Apply by using putty knife.
11) The container must be tightly closed when not in use. Stir well before use.
12) Use safety equipment like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles/glasses & face mask.
