The test rig can determine BHP, IHP, mechanical & thermal efficiencies, air fuel ratio, specific fuel consumption and heat balance sheet at various loads

The test rig provides study of four-stroke four-cylinder petrol engine. To study I.H.P. B.H.P. specific fuel consumption, Air fuel ratio volumetric Efficiency and heat balance sheet at different loads and speeds

The test rig demonstrates the testing of a four-stroke petrol engine.  The engine is coupled with rope brake or electrical dynamometer. To study air fuel ratio B. H. P., I. H. P. specific fuel consumption and efficiency at various loading and heat loss in exhaust gases

The test rig comprises of air-cooled petrol engine provided with rope brake dynamometer.  Rope brake is water-cooled.  A digital temp. indicator measures temperatures. Various measurements provided enable to determine B. H. P. fuel and air intake and brake thermal efficiency, at various loads.
