Application & process
Tumbler blenders or IBC Container tumblers are used mainly for blending of dry powders for tablet production and capsule, which facilitates better flow for tablets and capsules. This is a closed contained, totally dust free single step transfer system. It can handle more than one size of IBC container tumblers.In granulation room the dry granules enter to the IBC container for blending through a dust free connection and the same IBC container is loaded over to the blender for blending. The IBC bin locked in the resting frame in 15° then lifted by hydraulic system to up ward for moving height after that the IBC bin rotates for blending. This same IBC container after blending raised over the tablet press for unloading in to the tablet press hoppers.

Application & Process :
The homogenizer is often necessary to mix one or more substances within a liquid. This device allows to micronize and scatters the particles suspended in the fluid, so that the product become highly stable, no matter the followings treatments and stockings the products may undergo. The homogenizer delivers unparalleled consistency and control of high shear process applications such as, Immiscible Phase Emulsifying, Homogenizing, Wet Grinding, Texturing, Deagglomeration and Fine Dispersing.The product arrives to the homogenizing at a low speed and at high pressure (cause by the little gape between the passing head and collision head). During the passage the product is subjected to numerous forces which cause the particles micronization: a violent acceleration followed by an immediate deceleration that produces cavitations and then the globules explosion. Strong turbulence united to high frequency vibrations. Collision cutting strengths derived from the laminar passage between the homogenizing valve surfaces and the following impact with the collision ring.Incorporating up to single sets of toothed rotor-stator heads, engineered to extremely fine radial tolerances, the Emulsifier processes product at high differential velocities, as many as 18 times in a single-pass. The result is consistent, repeatable quality at capacities exceeding those of conventional multiple-pass technology, such as in-tank high-shear mixers, colloid mills and shear pumps.

Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer is applicable for a wide variety of viscosity product, i.e. emulsions and semisolid. It integrates with pressure, heating, cooling and vacuum for Agitating, Mixing, Emulgating, Ultra Mixer is a combination of counter - rotating inner paddle agitator and outer anchor agitator, generating a disturbance in the normally circular flow pattern and dampens vortex formation. The blades of paddles are pitched to promote top - to bottom flow. In addition, self adjustable scrapers are utilized to prevent the build-up of a stagnant film between the agitator and the vessel, and assure efficient heat transfer to product during heating and cooling steps.
High Speed Homogenizer :

Washing cycle time can be set as per requirements for Plain water, Hot water, Detergent, Distilled water. In auto mode Bin wash automatically as per sets cycles. There are nos. of spraying nozzles for washing at all corners & all side walls for outer washing. MICROTECH ENGINEERING Colloid mills are specialized machines used for milling, homogenizing, dispersing and breaking down of agglomerates into small size particles. The primary function of this machine is to breakdown larger particles into uniform sized small particles. The raw material is fed into a hopper and made to pass between the rotor and stator elements. The material is subjected to high shearing and discharged from the hopper onto the second pass wherein it is recalculated; this is due to the conical shape of the machine and the centrifugal effect of the high speed rotating motor. The machine is equipped with cooling and heating jackets and flame proof motor. The output or productivity varies from machine to machine and depends on factors such as feed rate and viscosity of the raw material/particles.

Compact Combine Sieving & Milling Process Technic
Application & Process :
The Turbo Sifter is used to combine process for sieving and milling. The turbo sifter mainly used in pharmaceutical formulation for raw material sifting and milling process.The turbo sifter is having two chambers for sifting and milling with separate drives. The separation of coarse and fine product size happens in the sifting chamber. The sifting chambers having rotary sieve with drive so fed material powder after entering the turbo sifter is pushed towards the sieve area by screw in the sieve chamber gets sifting so, fine powder falls in to directly discharge pot. While coarse particles are proceed to the adjacent milling process. There are sieve and blades with rotary drive in milling chamber, which while rotating push and mill the material against the sieve so coarse particles are broken in to fine and falls to the discharge pot, thus attaining the uniform product size.

Sigma Mixer with Extruder Screw
Uniform Kneading, Mixing and Extruding Process
Application & Process :
The Sigma Mixer with extruder is used for mixing, kneading and extruding of highly viscous mass, sticky and dough like products, Mixing of pastes, rubber, and heavy plastic masses, applications in Food, Rubber, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and agro industries, Dry powder to wet phase mixing. This mixer is most suitable for highly viscous material and dough like masses.The extruder mixer is designed to handle difficult to discharge products such as hot melts and butyl sealants, as well as other medium to high viscosity pastes. This type of mixer combines the action of the Double Arm Sigma Blade Mixer with an extrusion screw placed in the lower part of the mix trough. During mixing, the extrusion screw is run in reverse which imparts a third mixing action on the product, increasing mixing efficiency.
The sigma kneader is a double arm mixer with extruder, the two "Z" blade rotate towards each others at same or different speed inside a W- shaped product container and extruder screw is located between the two blade with separate gear motor drive. Each blade moves the material in opposite direction thereby providing excellent cross mixing of all raw materials. The blades pass the trough walls and each other at close clearances resulting in good mixing. The close clearance produces a shearing and tearing action that is beneficial to the size reduction of solids.The extrusion screw is located in the saddle section and runs in a cylindrical trough tangential to and below the 2 mixing blades. When the product has finished the mixing cycle, discharge/extrusion is performed simply by running the extrusion screw in a forward direction. By changing the extrusion die heads, the product can be discharged in round, square, "spaghetti", or any form desired. Speed variation of the extrusion screw allows adjustment of the product flow, depending on the viscosity.

Uniform Dry Mixing Process
Application & Process :
Ribbon blender mixer is used for uniformly dry mixing and blending applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, pesticides, detergents, and plastics industries. The Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough, specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator, rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box.In operation, material is filled to the top of the outer ribbon. The shaft rotates at relatively low speed and the moving ribbons push the material back and forth mixing it. The outer ribbon rotation displaces the material from the ends to the center while the inner ribbon rotations move the material from the center to the ends. This counter-current action results in homogenous blending. Mixing is achieved in 15 to 20 minutes with 90 to 95 % or better homogeneity. The bottom discharge provided for unloading of the material and easy cleaning of the mixing drum. Specially designed self adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design is provided to ensure that no black particle enters into the mixing drum.

The Vacuum Shelf Tray Dryers are used to het and dry material under the state of vacuum is called vacuum drying and where difficulties in drying materials due to high toxic contents, hygroscopic in nature, heat sensitive. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, Herbal, chemical & foodstuff.
The Vacuum Shelf Dryer is basically a tray dryer working under vacuum conditions. Its use vacuum to pump air and humidity out from the closed heat chamber due to vacuum making the chamber on the vacuum state thus increased drying rate greatly and saved energy. The boiling point of the material to be brought down for drying and the entire system is in closed loops so, no contamination occurs. The evaporation''s evolved during the drying process is cooled down through a connected condenser and collected in receiver. The vacuum shelf dryer when combined with solvent extraction system, ensures that almost all of evaporating vapors is recovered and condensed in to a receiver. The Ribbon Vacuum Mixer Dryer is suitable for mixing and drying the material which can not operate at low Temperature easily oxidized, poisonous in nature. It operates at low Temperature efficiently under vacuum. It is used for raw materials drying and mixing powder or granules of Pharmaceutical Materials, Crystalline, Insecticides, Pesticides, and Food industry and heat sensitive products.The Ribbon Vacuum Mixer Dryer consists of a jacketed cylindrical shell with rotating with specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator type blade by rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box. There is provision for application of vacuum inside the shell and circulation of heating media in the jacket during the rotation of the stirrer. The large heating surface area presented by the internals of the cylindrical shell ensures uniform drying of the product, as the product gently moving while the ribbon stirrer rotates. The diffusive action induced by the mixing stirrer constantly presents a fresh layer to come into contact with the indirectly heated walls of the shell. A well designed sealing system enable maintenance of deep vacuum inside the shell, and also ensures positive circulation of a heating media in the jacket.In operation, material is filled to the top of the outer ribbon. The Moveable hoist is use for transfer the material dust free and without human touch in pharmaceutical industries for Load powder in to RMG bowl, Load powder in to hopper of tablet press, Load tablet in to hopper of blister pack & Coating Machine and online sifting and milling as well as container one room to another room..The Drum Lifter consists of a main frame made of machined alloy steels. This flat make a "C" type basic structure. It is perfect in geometry and accuracy in terms of inside sliding width. Inside there is a carriage which runs on the rollers. These rollers run on ball bearings and are having a locking rim which allows rollers to glide smoothly inside the main frame and in straight line only. The load which is carried by the carriage moves upward without any bending or tilting. Rollers are made up of alloy steel having ball bearings and special rubber oil seal. The Structure is completely cladded / Covered by S.S.304 Sheets completely covering the structure and argon welded to avoid any screws for the cladding.This entire structure is supported at both the ends by moveable trolley mounting structure for easy mobility. Inside the main frame there is a hydraulic cylinder which lifts or lowers the pulley to which the carriage is connected. Hydraulic cylinder is actuated by double solenoid valve which can make it move upward and downward. One can raise lower or stop the load at desired position. Hydraulic cylinder is also having a flow control valve which controls the linear speed of the load.. There is a limit switch at the lower and upper ends which determines the endpoints for the lift and that can be set by the user as per their requirements. On the front side there is rubber /nylon sandwiched belt which is PVC coated on both sides and it covers the front side completely as the carriage moves upward or downward side. Thus entire hoist is covered from all sides allowing no tablet dust to enter inside. The hoist will have power pack kept on the service floor and hydraulic tubes will come through the main housing internally.

High Speed Uniform Granulation Process
Application & Process :
Oscillating granulator is used for gentle homogenization, size reduction, grading and sieving of dry, sensitive powders and granules in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.Oscillating Granulator has one rotor with five edges, which oscillate on horizontal axis at about 180 per minutes. There is one half round sieve mounted at the bottom of the rotor. Product is charged from the top through in feed hopper and material falls on the rotor lades. The particles are broken by a set of oscillating bars arranged in cylindrical form over a screen of suitable mesh. Due to the sharp edges on rotor, the downsizing of particle takes place and through sieve material gets pushed outward from the bottom opening.

Uniform Kneading, Mixing and Extruding Process
Application & Process :
Extruder is used to convert wetted powder / Dough material into uniform size extrudes / granules with addition of binders. Applications are mainly pharmaceuticals, chemicals, Agro Chemical, ceramics, herbals, polymers, catalysts, food, sugar industries etc.Axial Press extruder has either single or twin screws, depending on the output required, which transfers the materials to the flat die. The thickness of the die can be provided as different thickness to deliver a range of compressive energies. The axial die perforation size range available from 0.7 to 5 mm with varying thickness up to 5 mm.The screws transport the wetted powders/ dough to the straight sieve/die which can be provided with varying thicknesses as can the holes for extruding. The extrusion takes place at the face of the mesh. Our axial dies are available from 0.7 - 5 mm with varying thickness up to 5 mm.

1. The Fluid Bed Mixing and Drying Process : The Fluid Bed system have a bed of solid particles which are fluidized by passing a stream of air upward through a specially designed perforated sheet. This motion can be utilized to bring about mixing as well as forward movement of the solids particles. The air is heated and the process hot air evaporates the fluid and dries the solids. Application & process:The Roll Compactor machine is used for increased bulk density, making granules, dust free processing and reducing particle size of pharmaceutical ingredients in pharmaceutical industry, in food as well as chemical industry for densification and granulation of powder.The material in form of powder passes through the two counter rotating rolls of roller compactor under very high pressure. As the volume decreases through the region of maximum pressure, the material is formed into a solid compact sheet or flakes of ingredients. The Paddle Mixer Blender is designed for uniformly wet & dry mixing and blending technology provides the ideal environment for effectively optimum mixing a wide distribution of particle size and bulk densities without segregation of powder, granular, short fibered, moist solids and liquids together with pasty substances up to and including highly viscous masses in the pharmaceutical, chemical, herbal, cosmetic, food, pesticides, detergents, and plastics industries.Optimum mixing achieved by fluidization by combination of defined geometry lifting action with multi zoned, triple paddle stirrer rotor turning about 80 % faster than other mixer and Ribbon blender.During mixing process fluidization assures homogeneous mixes independent of large range of particle size, shape or density in 30 to 60 second time. The Nauta Cone screw mixer is generally used in case of applications that require gentle mixing action and minimal heat generation without any product distortion. The Nauta Mixer is Ideal mixer to mix various small lots to make uniform one lot or to mix many large proportions of powders to a uniform product in Food, Chemical Pharmaceutical, Minerals, Guar Gum, Starch and Cellulose. The Nauta mixer offers low operative cost than any other types of mixers.The Nauta mixer is a planetary rotating screw near the wall of cone without end resting of screw. The principle of blending is based on the differential travel speeds of product particles in the conical section of the vessel. The material from the bottom section of vessel is lifted by the screw and spread over the upper sections. The screw agitator turning on its axis produces a lifting action as it spirals the material in an upward flow. At the same time the screw orbits the tank, the screw removes material away from wall and deflects it into the centre of the tank setting up a spiral current thought the batch. The material lifted by the screw gravitates downwards thoroughly intermixing with material being spiraled upward. This results in most intimate intermingling of all ingredients.The nauta mixer is mixes the powders but also breaks the lumps. This blender/mixer can also be used for applications that requires high shear mixing, which can be accomplished using separately driven lump breakers.

Application & Process :
Extruder is used to convert wetted powder / Dough material into uniform size extrudes / granules with addition of binders. Applications are mainly pharmaceuticals, chemicals, Agro Chemical, ceramics, herbals, polymers, catalysts, food, sugar industries etc.Axial Press extruder has either single or twin screws, depending on the output required, which transfers the materials to the flat die. The thickness of the die can be provided as different thickness to deliver a range of compressive energies. The axial die perforation size range available from 0.7 to 5 mm with varying thickness up to 5 mm.The screws transport the wetted powders/ dough to the straight sieve/die which can be provided with varying thicknesses as can the holes for extruding. The extrusion takes place at the face of the mesh. Our axial dies are available from 0.7 - 5 mm with varying thickness up to 5 mm.

The Roto Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is suitable for drying the material which can not operate at low Temperature easily oxidized, poisonous in nature. The Double Cone Rotating Vacuum Drying Equipment is a new drier that integrates mixing and drying in the one body and equips with condenser and vacuum pump. Therefore the vacuum drier is formed. The drier is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaning, to discharge all raw material, convenient in operation and improving work environment. Meanwhile raw material is rotating accompanying with the rotating of container;Raw materials are dried uniformly and have good quality at low temperature. It can widely apply to dry raw materials of pharmaceuticals, chemical, Pesticides, foodstuff , dyestuff and so on industries. The equipment is in conformity with the requirements of "GMP". If the solvent does not recover, the condenser may be not used. 1. Material that cannot undertake high temperature. 2. Material that is easy to oxidize. 3. Material that do not permit to destruct. 4. To recover material with residual volatile. 5. Material with vigorous irritative and toxicity
The Roto Cone Vacuum Drier consists of a jacketed double conical shell rotating around 6 RPM with under the state of vacuum inside the shell, pass steam or hot water in to jacket for heating. The vaporized steam can be pumped out through vacuum exhaust pipe when the damp raw material absorbed heat. The diffusive action induced by the tumbling cone constantly presents a fresh layer to come into contact with the indirectly heated walls of the shell, the dry speed of raw material is quickened and uniform drying efficiency is raised too. A well designed sealing system enable maintenance of deep vacuum inside the shell, and also ensures positive circulation of a heating media in the jacket.

Product Description
The powder granule in fluid bed appears in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulating is evaporated. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.
