Mijo CNG Reducer (CNGR01) works in different stages for excellent flow of natural gas to engine in every working condition. To prevent external leakages, internal safety valves are installed whereas to balance temperature losses during expansion phase, gas/water heat inter-chargers ensure the best performance irrespective of climatic factors.
The CNGSR03A pressure reducer has been designed by mijo to supply fuel-injected vehicles with CNG, and also offers excellent performance for MPFI vehicles. This reducer comes with water-gas heat exchanger, filter, gas solenoid valve and safety valve. The reducer is calibrated for a supply pressure of 2 bar (200kPa) and nominal flow rate of 30 Kg/hour.
These pressure reducers comes in two stages (diaphragm and piston based) which are exclusively designed for being used with 5th generation systems. An innovative combination of advanced technology and ergonomics, the ECU is a new type of microprocessor driver with 48-pin header that can be used in 4 cylinder and 3 cylinder engines. The processor is confined in 114 x 35.3 x 140 tecamid case so that it can fit under any hood with ease while occupying limited space. The microprocessor is made of a composite which is lighter and also a bit identical to aluminum.
The microprocessor comes will all safety precautions to ensure both quality and high performance. The process of automatic calibration and adaptation takes less than 15 minutes and you can have the system fully operational in a few clicks of a mouse. The driver is designed for constant adaptation system, checking and correcting injection times, if required.
The Mijo LPG Injector Rail comes with an innovative piston design. It is equipped with 2 OHM & 3 OHMcoil and upgraded interior design to achieve short opening and closing times. The piston is smaller in size and is less affected by the forces of inertia. This results in shorter opening/closing times of the injector and a longer life of rubber components cooperating with the injector guide.
The injector rail is made of high quality material, which is treated on numerically controlled machines. The product has undergone several tests to achieve high performance and long-time failure-free work.
