The air we breathe in is of paramount importance for us and to take care of our health and see we breathe the fresh air, testing the air quality is utmost essential. In the air quality testing, air samples are collected from different areas and are brought to the laboratory for testing. In the testing process the parameters such as SPM, RPM, SO₂, NO₂ & CO are tested to know the quality of air in the ambient and industrial areas.

The ambient air quality monitoring is carried out using repairable dust samplers. Similarly stack monitoring of the industrial stacks is carried out for various industrial stacks. The parameters analyzed are SPM, RPM, SO₂ and CO & HC.

In the roar of city life, for most of us sometimes it is not possible to simply bear the unbearable noises. There is a permitable level noise which a human being can bear, thus to keep a check on noise level has become very essential.

The noise is tested using an electronic sound level meter. The ambient noise is tested both during the daytime and night time as well. The sound levels are measured in dB (A). The sound level is also measured in the industrial areas to known the noise generated by different machineries and plan for suitable mitigate measures to be taken to reduce the noise levels.

Water contamination is a common factor nowadays and it can have a negative affect on your health and on your family members. The effects may be immediate or long term. Hence, it is very essential to test the water for contamination and further treat it and make it free from pollutants.

In our laboratory, we have highly sophisticated equipments to test the water to a very minute concentration. Water is analyzed as per IS:10500 covering all the physical, chemical and biological parameters.

We should always eat hygienic, safe and good quality food. We do the food testing and various parameters are considered for checking it like bacteriological contamination of salmonella, shigella, staphylococcus aureus, yeast & mould counts & E-coli bacteria.

To test the productiveness of the soil, the soil test is done. A soil test also measures soil pH, humic matter and exchangeable acidity of the soil.

We do a detailed and thorough study of the quality of soil before and after the industrial unit is set-up so that we can assess the impact of industrial activities. The analysis of the soil also helps to plan for good agricultural practices. The fertility of the soil can be improved by proper addition of fertilizers after testing the soil quality.
