MAK CRETE 2KCategory: Liquid Applied Waterproofing CoatingMAK Crete 2K is a pre – packed two component polymer modified cementitious coating, which can be easily mixed on site to form a smooth slurry then applied with brush or roller. This coating cures to form elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellent adhesion to cementitious surfaces. This should be applied onto damp substrates, internal and external wet areas. The cured membrane is flexible, durable, weather-resistant to most substrates.
Primary Uses:MAK Crete 2K is best suitable for the waterproofing of water retaining structures like potable water tanks, reservoirs, canals, culverts, etc. It is suitable for use in foundations, basements, sunken areas, terraces, parking deck and sealing pre-cast joint. It can also be used to treat efflorescence.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The surface to be coated, should be free from all loose particles, dust, oil and laitance. All visible cracks should be opened in ‘V’ grove and filled with MAK Sealing Compound, a single component crack filling compound.
Mak Crete 2K comes in a pre- packed 2 component system which include 5L liquid and 8 Kg powder. Mix both the components in a clean container using a power drill or manual mixer.
Minimum 2 coats are advised of the mix at a consumption rate of 1.3 to 1.5 Kg per sqm/ 2 coats.

MAK ELASTOTHANE EMB-WBWATER BASE BITUMEN MODIFIED POLYURETHANE WATERPROOFING

Category: Liquid Applied Waterproofing CoatingMak Elastocryl K-10 is a single component, liquid applied, highly resilient waterproofing cum heat reflective system based on newly developed plasticized acrylic resin blended with heat reflective micro-spheres. It cures on exposure to the atmosphere and forms an elastomeric seamless membrane.
Packing: Available in 1kg, 4kg and 20 Kg pails.
Coverage: Generally, Mak Elastocryl K-10 will cover appx. 2 – 2.5 sqm/ 2 coat/ kg. The coverage can vary depending on the porosity of the substrate and the thickness required.
Storage: Store under cover, in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.

DIRECTIONS FOR USESurface Preparation: Concrete, mortar and masonry surface must be clean, free from grease, oil and loosely adhering particles. Steel and iron surfaces must be free from scale, rust, grease and oil. All surfaces must be as true and flat as possible. Efficient surface preparation is essential to achieve high adhesive quality of the product.
Application: INSTA FLEX WHITE can be applied using brush, roller or spray. Minimum of two coats should be applied. 2nd coat should be applied once the 1st coat is dry. 10 – 15% water can be added to make the coating brushable. For application over wood, metal surfaces and bitumen based substrates, it is advised to use INSTA FLEX BLACK [1 part INSTA FLEX BLACK : ½ part Water, as primer, before using INSTA FLEX WHITE.
