• MonoProof Food Grade is 2 pack, solvent free epoxy material used for lining and Water proofing portal water retaining structures and surfaces subject to contact with food stuffs.   The material cures to provide a smooth, hygienic and tough finish which is suitable for contact with potable water and foodstuffs. The cured film is resistant to corrosion, chemical attack and abrasion.    The cured film is non-toxic and meets the requirements of IS: 9833 - 1981. The coating is designed to be applied in two coats to achieve a minimum total dry film thickness of   400 microns

MonoProof AEW is a three-layer system with coats in different colors ensuring proper build-up of the thickness, making it a reliable waterproofing system. MonoProof AEW is a two component acrylic modified elastomeric waterproofing which consists of specialty hard-wearing aggregates and liquid acrylic emulsion. It is a seamless, waterproof coating providing a tough and durable water tight coating which cannot be easily damaged or worn away. The coating is designed to re-face and even out variations in concrete and masonry surfaces.This is an easily brush able coating which can simply be applied by a stiff brush, or trowel to obtain the desired thickness. The polymer provides with exceptional adhesion, toughness and durability. MonoProof AEW effectively seals concrete masonry walls and bridges the shrinkage cracks which are static.The coating additionally protects against concrete decay providing a long lasting barrier to waterborne corrosive salts, freeze-thaw scaling, chloride, carbonation and atmospheric gases.
