turned out to be Craniopharyngioma. Gross total excision was possible with some residual tumour left behind.Post Operative CT ScanPost-Operative Period: Patient was beautifully managed by Anaesthetist and ICU intensivists during and after surgery. As the surgery was completed late in night, he was ventilated overnight for obvious reasons. Next morning patient was awake, conscious and oriented. He was obeying all the verbal commands. His respiration, HR, BP, U/O all were stable and within normal limits. He had same vision as it was in pre operative phase. Post Operative CT Scan did show the adequate decompression and laxed brain. Normal recovery is expected in due course.
