Morgan Thermal Ceramics specialises in the manufacture of ceramic insulation fibre, refractory ceramic fibre, insulating fire bricks and monolithics, but our wide product range also includes silicon carbide products and mortar cement mastics, plus we are specialists in fire protection for a wide variety of markets, providing our products under our Firemaster brand. Our ceramic insulation fibre comes in a range of forms such as blanket, board, paper and various shapes and is manufactured under our brand name of Superwool® Fibre. Our refractory ceramic fibre can also be made into blankets, boards and shapes etc, but can also be woven into rope and cloth or blended with liquid binders for mastics or cement. Our range of Insulating fire bricks are manufactured under our K®, JM™ and TJM™ brands and are particularly suited to applications above 1000oC due to their low thermal conductivity. Our silicon carbide refractory products are offered in two types: self bonded and nitride bonded. Both types of bonds provide superior performance for their specific applications.
