About The Company

Namiex Chemicals was incorporated in 1974 as NAYAR MINERAL EXPORTS. Initially the company started its operations in 1975 with manufacture of DIOSGENIN and was supplying to multinationals like CIBA-GEIGY, WYETH LAB, INFAR (ORGANON) etc. The production facility of the company is ideally located in the lap of Shivalik hills to tap the Himalayan based raw material. We specialize in extraction and further isolation of the required phyto-chemicals.

The present management took over the company in 1989 and renamed it Namiex Chemicals Private Limited. The company is specifically working on extraction, isolation and purification of therapeutic phytochemicals.

Infrastructure Facilities

Namiex Chemicals is a small scale industrial unit and has adequate facilities for most of the quality control requirements and some tests are done in outside laboratories. Namiex is registered with the drug licensing authorities and has license for manufacture of drugs covered under Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act.

Our Products

The company started with extraction and isolation of Himalayan based herbs which are used in pharmaceutical industry. Later we widened our portfolio by importing herbs from other parts of the world for isolation.

Namiex Chemicals has license to collect Cedar wood stumps since 1995. The raw material is procured under license from Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.

Cedar wood essential oil is distilled from stumps of Cedar trees. We deal in various other Cedar wood related products which are organic and natural.

Business Objectives

Since a few years the company has focused on production of Himalayan Cedar wood oil and its derivatives.

We have been exporting our products mainly to countries like U.K., Germany, Austria, U.S.A, Japan, Brazil and Ukraine maintaining a strict quality control.
