Job Purpose To Generate leads, manage sales, and enhance sales with HoReCa clients within the defined regions
Key areas of responsibility
1. Drive category-wise & product-wise primary sales growth and secondary penetration in HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, catering) outlets in the territory
2. Distributor & client management including maintaining relationships
3. Daily coordination, reporting to Regional sales Manager(RSM)
4. Talk about food concepts, explain cost-benefit to customers
Skill-set required
1. Work under stress, achieve targets and travel in region
2. A keen interest in culinary food especially continental, world cuisines
3. Strong communication and networking skills
4. MS-Word, Email Marketing, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)
Owning a 2-wheeler is mandatory
Stipend and Incentives
A fixed Stipend of Rs-3000/month
1.Incentive: Distributor activation - first billing make Rs 1,500/- incentive
New HoReCa customer activation - first billing, make Rs 250/- incentive on minimum billing of Rs-1000/-
2. Travel allowance: Rs 200 per day (avgRs 40 per meeting). Target for travel allowance: 4-5 meets a day
3.Quarterly incentive and rewards schemes will be additional to the above
