Natural Bioimpact Research Private Limited is a private limited firm
incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956). It is duly registered
with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, and has been allotted
Corporate Identity Number U24100MP2016PTC035293. (Certificate of
Incorporation enclosed). The foundation of this company was laid down by two
young entrepreneurs on 27th day of January 2016.
The company is currently engaged in providing technology of production and
marketing of edible and medicinal mushroom from last two and half year with its
focus on delivering affordable innovation, advanced biological and environmental
solutions.
In addition to this company has own R&D facility and Mushroom Seed (Spawn)
production facility. Spawn is the vegetative mycelium from a selected mushroom
grown on a convenient medium like wheat, pearl millet, sorghum, etc. for raising
mushroom crop. It essentially involves preparation of pure culture of mushroom
from tissues/ spores that is generally maintained on any agar medium, followed
by culturing on sterilized grains and further multiplied on grains. The spawn thus
comprises of mycelium of the mushroom and a supporting medium which
provides nutrition to the fungus during its growth.
Mrs. Nidhi Katare, Director of Natural Bioimpact and Research Private Limited is
also registered in Arya project of Govt. of India, through KVK Gwalior.
Company also provides Mushroom Cultivation training to 100 housewives in
Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan to
make them self strengthen and empower women power. On the other hands
company also guided dissertation training and summer training to under graduates
and post graduates students.
This company is also provide training to various farmers, time to time at KVK ,
Gwalior and also in training programs organized by ED cell of MITS. This
company is also involved in social service and provides free training and spawn
of Oyster mushroom to needy persons like Sneha Kuteer, which is a school and
orphanage run by Ramakrishna Vidhya Mandir Gwalior. This unit market spawn
of Oyster mushroom in many states of northern India. They also market dry and
wet oyster mushroom. This Company is involved in marketing spawn of Oyster

mushroom in many states of northern India. They also market dry and wet oyster

Company is also involved in cultivating Oyster mushroom in huge capacity .It
has started producing organic compost and cultivating vegetables using organic
compost.

Shadol (M.P.) Raipur, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) and many other cities of various
states.
