Neo’s Den was launched with the sole purpose of providing a safe and homely vacation home for pets while their parents are away on a trip or business tour. Our indoor boarding facility is tailored keeping in mind an absolute luxurious and relaxing experience for the pets. We do not believe in caging pets or keeping them tied all day long. Hence, we only board friendly pets after a meeting and greeting session. This temperament testing is done by a certified trainer Ms. Tanushree Lele, which enables us to maintain a happy and stress free environment. Most importantly, we also understand these four-legged companions’ state of mind and hence we give each one personalized attention and affection, so they feel like home. Some of the facilities that we provide to our esteemed guests include comfortable bedding, tons of indoor and outdoor play, fun treats like risotto and chicken jerky, Grooming sessions, monthly vet checkups, pickup and drop, variety of toys to play, 24 hours AC , electronic self purifying water bowl, supervised long walks twice a day, choice of food brands, & lots more. We believe in maintaining high level of hygiene, which we achieve by efficiently using anti bacterial & disinfectant at regular intervals. We also ensure that we prevent tick and flea infestation by periodically using anti tick spray and floor cleaner. We are equipped with professional grooming equipments which we use to groom different pets and we also provide complimentary grooming sessions to pets boarding with us over a week. We have well trained employees to take care of the facility as well as the pets that board with us.Neo’s den is the most unique concept with unbeatable standards of accommodation facility as our convection lies in providing a safe environment for the pets which is for all intents identical to their real homes.
