· Pneumatics :- In-depth Knowledge of Pneumatic components and Advance Control System, Along with familiarization to Graphical symbols. Identification, Calculation designing and assembly of Advance Pneumatic circuits, Along with Hands on experience on Pneumatic systems with PLC.

· PLC/SCADA/HMI :- In-depth Knowledge of PLC Programming using various languages (Ladder Logic, FDB…) along with familiarization to various PLC’s (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Unitronics …). Introduction to SCADA programming platform and its various software’s, along with configuration of HMI’s with hands on training on PLC/SCADA/HMI

· Sensors/Vision System :- Introduction to various types of sensors (Force, Pressure, Flow, Proximity, Laser) training on selection of sensors depending on application, Application of vision system in Automation with hands on experience on vision system and sensors

· Actuators :- Introduction to various Actuators based on Driving Power(Pneumatic , Hydraulic, Electric) and Driving Mechanism (Rack and Pinion, Belt Driven, Lead/Ball Screw, Linear Motor). Calculation for selection based on load, Velocity, Acceleration, Accuracy and application in the industry with hands on practical training

· Motors :- Introduction to various Electric Motors based on Power supply Type (AC/DC) and Driving type (Servo , Stepper, Induction….). Selection calculation based on Torque ,Power, RPM and Application type along with hands on training on working and construction of motors.

· Drives :- Introduction on various types of drive (Servo, Stepper, VFD, Compax {next Gen Drive with inbuilt Controller}…). Selection methods based on motor type, Communication between Motor and Drive, Communication between Drive and PLC. Along with hands on training on Drive tuning and programming.

· Motion Controller :- Introduction to Motion Controller , How is it different form Normal Controller. Case Studies of application with Motion controller, Use of interpolation using motion controller along with introduction to the PAC Motion-controllers and the various communication methods available.
 
· Robotics :- Introduction to Robotics with topics like Forward-Inverse Kinematics, Jacobian Theorem, PID Control along with case studies designed for better understanding of Robotics and its application in various requirements. (6 Axis articulated robot is not available for practical)

· Industrial applications:- Case Studies based on Successful and Live Project to help understand selection parameters and understand application types eg: Glue dispensing system, 6 meter long Gantry system, Punching application using Vision System, Ignition testing, pressures switch calibration system, Wax spring, XYZ System.
