This is a state-of-art system for tracking the club members, their facilities usage pattern and helps the club management in analysis, improvement of facilities and personalized attention to members. Loyalty programs can be designed around these cards. Club members are issued RFID cards and entrance to every facility is set up with Long range RFID reader that detects the members at the entrances and records their movements.

This is a convenient and fully automated time and attendance solution targeted at entrances to companies. This non contact, zero effort based RFID Sign-In 45 allows maximum throughput of employees during the busy office hours. The employees use RFID tags / stickers attached to plastic cards to record attendance. The card need not be taken out of the pocket. The card is read by the PC to record attendance and display details on PC screen. Optionally, door access can be controlled.

NBSD offers a reliable parking lot access control solution using Long range RFID technology. The readers are placed outdoor and can detect Metal / Paper tags attached to a vehicle from a distance of 7 ft. The reader gives output to Boom barriers upon sensing a valid tag with necessary amount on the card. Appropriate amount will be deducted from the tag at the exit gate, based on duration of parking.

NBSD offers a comprehensive Library Management solution that includes the automation of Book issues (RFID / EM / Barcode), Book returns (RFID / EM / Barcode), Anti-theft security gates (RFID / EM), library usage tracking using Biometrics, Digitization of Library using CD server and Library Access control solution. The level of automation and Cost factors determine the solution that is to be adopted. RFID based Book issues and returns can be fully automated. But the costs involved are significantly higher. EM / Barcode based solution is semi automatic. EM tags have the advantage of lower costs compared to RFID. A barcode-based solution is the least inexpensive and least convenient of the three. Theft of books cannot be detected in the Barcode based solution. The Anti-theft security gates are placed at the entrance of the library and detects an Activated RF / EM tag and gives alarm. 

All the Library users are enrolled in the PC based Biometric system and their Library usage time is tracked in the system, along with what books they take out. Reports can be generated about the reading pattern of a student, a class, the total hours spent in the library and so on.

Digitization of the Library can be done to maximize the readership of a printed reference material. An electronic copy of the printed material is made and stored on the CD server. The information is available on a network.

This solution is suitable for tracking Assets moving in and out of a facility and can prevent theft of assets. The solution uses a Long range RFID reader at the gates for theft detection. Tags attached to assets that are moving out of the facility are de-activated by a Reader/Writer. Upon receiving the item back into the facility, the tags are re-activated and information is automatically updated.

The solution helps in protecting and tracking assets.

This solution is suitable for tracking Documents moving in and out of a facility and can prevent theft of documents. The solution uses a Long range RFID reader at the gates for theft detection. Tags attached to documents that are moving out of the facility are de-activated by a Reader/Writer. Upon receiving the item back into the facility, the tags are re-activated and information is automatically updated. Internally, the documents can also be tracked from room to room. They can be located by using a Hand-held RFID reader.

The solution helps in protecting and tracking documents.
