Product Details:
AquaFresh Cool is a single Pack Water based Acrylic Paint for Terrace to prevent heat build-up on the roof by continuously reflecting IR radiations from the sun.
TeraFix is a single pack solvent based Primer for concrete terrace surfaces and porous terrace tiles. TeraFix adheres strongly to the substrate and resists water from penetrating through the surface. The coating can be extended to the parapet.
Surface Preparation:-
The surface should be free from dust, dirt and other contamination.

Ensure that the surface to be coated is completely dry.

Ensure that the surface is not affected by algae & fungi.

Completely remove existing coating, if any, to ensure direct adhesion of TeraFix to the surface.

Remove loose particles sticking on the terrace floor.

For Freshly plastered surfaces, painting can be Initiated only after 30 days.

Clean thoroughly using a wire brush and then scuff the surface using #80 sanding paper.
