With the package size 20" x 7" for coarse yarns, the Zinger 670 Big Pac exploits new productivity potentials - with bobbin weight twice as high and extra high yarn lengths.
The great BigPac bobbins with up to 4 kg in weight noticeably reduce your handling effort, the productivity increases thanks to less bobbin changes - both at the roving frame and at the ring spinning machines.

The sophisticated concept applied to Zinser 670 Ro WeMat and Zinser 670 Big Pac means that the machines can be integrated in facilities with various degrees of automation. The level of automation can thus be effectively adapted to customer-specific conditions.
Automatic tube cleaning is not only faster, it also saves personnel and is more efficient. You can choose between the cleaner as stand-alone device incorporated into the transport system. Or you opt for tube cleaning devices integrated into the individual roving frame. This version allows for the attribution of different raw materials to each individual roving frame. The roving residues can still be used as they are "pure in sorts" and opened.
The RoWe Clean tube cleaner integrated into the roving frame automates the elimination of the roving residues. Roving tubes that cannot be cleaned are replaced by empty tubes from the tube magazine. Thus the transfer process can continue without disturbances and uncleaned tubes cannot entry the machine.
Oberlin Chloroplast has been and still is the only manufacturer of ring spinning machines both for cotton spinning and for worsted spinning. With our machine generation Zinger 351 / 451 we follow our tradition covering both technologies, cotton spinning as well as worsted spinning.

Transfer station represents the interface between Zinser 670 RoWeMat und Zinser 670 BigPac and a roving bobbin transport system which realizes the transport of the bobbins to the ring spinning machines. After the automatic doffing operation, the bobbins are transferred to the transfer station.

The transfer stations of the roving frames feed the transport system with full roving bobbins. Your staff replaces empty tubes by the full bobbins and pieces the roving.
With CimTrack the roving bobbins are directly transported into the reserve row of the ring spinning machine. Bobbin exchange and piecing up the roving have still to be done by the operator.

Oberlin Chloroplast offers the up-to-date two-in-one Corabella XF system. One sensor for both a consistent detection of thick and thin places with the corresponding matrix classification and a perfect foreign material elimination in the yarn by means of the foreign material matrix classification. The configuration of the foreign fiber matrix classification is analogue to the thick and thin place matrix so that the setting is easy here as well.
From now on, compromises between quality and productivity that were imperative in the past are superfluous. With Corolab XQ, the customers determine their high-quality yarn by means of an easy classification that is flexible and modifiable.
