Orient Craft set up a cut and sew knit division in 1995 under the leadership of Anoop Thatai. Our knits business caters to global fashion brands and retailers and prides itself in offering best in class product in trendsetting designs created for most discerning customers. With a large pool of skilled and motivated workforce, backed by an efficient supply chain, today the business is an industry standard for reliability and customer satisfaction .

At Orient Craft there are 2 major woven divisions, servicing a wide range of customers & product categories. Needless to say that we engage in all kinds of woven fabrics and meet the demands of our customers from all parts of the world. The woven division provides design and manufacturing expertise to brands like Ann Taylor, J. Crew, Talbots, Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Monsoon, Next, Urban Outfitters, Free People, Anthropologie , Macy’s & Nordstrom, to name a few.
CAPACITY: 1.5 – 1.8 million garments per month.

With the inception of a Sweater division at OC, we are now able to offer the entire product range to our customers under one roof. Orient Craft is committed towards building the division on a global platform and therefore invested in 100 ‘Stoll’ , fully computerized German machines. Over the next 3-4 years, we envisage procurement of additional 300-400 machines to meet our customers’ demands. The Sweater division at OC is one of the few in India with a wide gauge range, i.e 4 to 14 gauge. In addition, a special design expertise is offered to us by ‘Stoll’ as we have access to their design archives. This not only enhances our product designs but also ensures that we are in sync with the latest trends and fashion. The division is currently manufacturing for reputed brands such as Next, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, British Home Store, John Lewis, French Connection, Monsoon, House of Fraser, Needle & Thread, The White Company, Dillard’s, Bonprix, Fella Bella, United Apparel, Restoration Hardware and Reitman.

Our designers take inspiration from traditional art & nature to harmonize with changing seasons & moods. Our collection comes from natural fibers, high quality fabrics, Egyptian cotton & French, Belgian, European linen. At OC, we design character of your space with every Home Furnishing product we design. The Home Furnishing team designs and manufactures for reputed brands like Restoration Hardware, French Connection (Toast), Zara Homes, Macy*s, Marks & Spencer, Dillard’s, The White Company and many more.

Orient Craft’s Embroidery unit is one of India’s largest multi-head embroidery unit. Cutting edge technology, updated machinery and highly qualified professionals make it an ISO 9001 2000 certified unit. The unit houses nearly 200 machines, catering to a wide product range of embroidered fabric, high fashion embroidered garments, laser cut & laser engraved fabric, crochet laces and hand embroidered products. Following best practices such as 5S, Kaizen and TQM the unit is decorated with achievements like; Largest Sequin capacity in India, Largest Boring embroidery capacity in South East Asia & Largest Crochet Lace capacity in North India.
