In the earlier time, people were using conventional metal pipeline in compressed air applications. Afterthat, they started using Metal Pipe with GI coating. Day by day, upgradation came in the piping technologyand non-metallic pipeline was introduced to the industrial segment as there were some negativities in thepipeline such as threaded joints, rough inner surface, moderate temperature resistance etc.To overcome the issues like leakages from threaded joints, high friction loss and temperature loss as wellas pressure drop in the pipeline, Anjney Tubes India stepped into manufacturing of PPCH FR PneumaticPipes and Fittings for compressed air applications. As Anjney always undergoes continuous R & D with itsexisting products keeping in mind; needs of customers and expectations, we have upgraded our productPPCH FR Pneumatic Piping to PPCH FR V2 Pneumatic (Flame Retardant) Pipes and Fittings with higher MRSand Crystalline property. This innovation has resulted into higher flow of air in the same diameter of pipe,Flame Retardant and UV resistant owing to UV layer on the pipeline.
PPCH FR V2 Pneumatic Pipes and Fittings consists of special grade of impact co polymer having higherMRS (Minimum Required Strength) reinforced with Sandwich Glass Fiber Reinforcement and crystallineproperty which has increased the strength of the pipeline and thus decreased the sagging and clampingrequirement in the non-metallic pipeline.
